Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa Dolce by Wyndham - All inclusive in Ixia

After read the reviews I was sceptical for this hotel, however was not so bad. I believe people have too much expectation, and when os too busy the hotel team is just too small to handle busy summer. We were with familly in April time, when is apparently not busy. I would recommend that time for people if wants relax ,but the weather will not be great and the water in the swimming pool are just freezing. We expecting that after reviews but there is also the swimming pool insides. We were happy for our small child that she would be able to swim , however how disappointed was to find out that water inside is also freezing. What is the point have the inside swimming pool if is not heating. Some people try swim in the swimming pools , I tried also when was sunny day, but was too freezing. Some of the worm nights we tired use air conditioning in the room, but in the reception told us that is turn off as is not the summer time for them. We were not able also open the windows , the horrible noise from the road not helped us to sleep. The balcony door are horrible , all noise from outside you can hear. We had room on 5th floor and was disaster. My familly had also similar, or had to go outside to another building to get to their room. I never seen such small rooms bytheway , and we visit a lot country's. The rooms was clean daily, just beds and towels I would say. We had to ask twice to get more towels as after clean we had 2 towels instead of 3. We were 3 of us in the room. Sometimes we had to also ask for toilet paper ad they forgetting. In the room was the small fridge , everyday were fill in again for water , juice , bear or wine. That was really great. I would really recommend to pay more money for room, as you would not be able to sleep in such noise. We asked reception to swap the rooms so they told as we have to extra pay. We seen only couple days an entertainment in the hotel as they had Easter time that time. Mini disco was fine, but seen just one time inside people from hotel team to aware about this. The man is great bytheway. The lobby-first time I was disappointed. Such wonderful hotel outside, but inside not make for me visual wow at all. Is hard to find out anything there , not know where people sit which selling a trips for example. I would recommend add more chairs and sofas. Last day when was raining, people didn't have where to sit and what to do inside there. The bars team very nice people, the cocktails and drinks great quality. This is huge plus. The food is served all the time, so os great thing if you will arrive very lat. More time the food was great. Couple times was hard to find something to eat , left just pizza, but some of times was really great range of food. Worse for children I would say. Pizza was always available, but could be also something like chicken nuggets or chicken popcorn or fish fingers. That would be great as was a lot children there . Also was not summer time yet and already was the huge

I have mixed reviews on this hotel! The hotel itself was lovely, rooms and bathrooms were lovely, although cleaning was a little too standard😪 On a couple of days I had to request our rooms to be cleaned as they hadn’t been done… one of the drains was blocked in our room and all dirty water was coming up through but that was sorted quickly by the staff. The pool area and the restaurants were perfect with a wide selection of pools and different foods😍 The hotel was right on the beach front with some supermarkets, little shops and bars near which was nice! You could get to the beach front via the hotel and it even had its own seating reserved on the beach!
