Small hotel wIth a lovely pool, small room but well laid out. We had room 207 which was nicely placed. Some other rooms were more tucked away.
The staff were exceptional. So helpful and friendly.
Constance on reception, so cheerful and giggly 💜 Levi on the bar was always helpful and chatty. The rooms were kept lovely and clean. There was no charge for your pool towels each day, or for the room safe.
A short walk to the beach and restaurants . The bars up on the main road were much cheaper.

We are a retired couple from UK. We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place in sun. This was a last minute get away booking. The hotel turned out to be an absolutely ideal place for us; small, charming, quiet and extremely comfortable. The hotel has a great pool and pool bar and is ideally located with all amenities within a walking distance and just a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. It is managed and run by a team of very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The Hotel arranged a hire car for us and we visited Oia, Fira, Imerovigli and had dinner at a beachside restaurant in Akrotiri recommended by the Hotel manager. Truly, a little oasis in the sun to relax and chill, thank you all at Kouros Village Hotel. Rooms: Our room was quirky, very clean and pleasant and had a cute terrace at the back. It was very comfortable, well equipped and had great air con. Nearby activities: Nice bars and restaurants, long beaches (for sunbathing, swimming and walking), shops and watersports, all within walking distance. Food and Bar at hotel and outside: Ideally located for the bars, restaurants, shops, bus stops and the beach The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety from hot and cold to choose from , the mountain views from the breakfast room are wonderful. Light meals available at the pool bar until 4.00pm. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. Closing Comment: Staff cannot do enough for you, with smiles and politeness. A fabulous small hotel with friendly attentive staff and a great pool. Every where spotlessly clean, we would return to this place with a heart beat.

Back from a wonderful week at this fabulous hotel, it was the perfect location for the beach (4 min walk ) and for the abundance of restaurants and shops in the area. We did go in October nearing the end of the season so by the end of the week many were closing . On arrival we were greeted by Athena at reception who was so welcoming and helpful . We were given a complimentary cocktail before being shown to our room , which was the best room in the hotel ! We paid extra to have a junior sweet with a pool view and a jacuzzi on the balcony . The sun was on our balcony till the early afternoon also . The room was cleaned every day to a really high standard . The beds were the comfiest we have ever slept in too !! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay there and so they decorated the bed with petals etc, made our day ! We had a kettle and a fridge too which was great for drinks etc Breakfast was great , served until 11 am in a lovely air conditioning room , buffet style and plenty of hot & cold food to choose from . The coffee was especially nice ! The staff were always so friendly and helpful . We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel , pretty perfect !! Thank you once again !!

This was our fourth visit to Perissa and the Kouros Village Hotel was our best accommodation. We arrived late morning and was greeted by the smiling face of Constanza with a welcoming cocktail. She booked us into our room, told us about the hotel and gave us information on where to visit and the location of the best restaurants. We had a lovely first floor room with private balcony. The beautiful room had a kettle, air conditioning, a safe and a lovely bathroom and was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was taken in the first floor room with wonderful views of the ‘sleeping giant’ mountains. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Katerina worked tirelessly to make sure everything was okay. The pool was a good size for a small hotel and had luxurious sun beds with parasols. We had no trouble in finding a sun beds during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Kouros Village Hotel and have already booked another stay in 2026. Thanks again to Constanza, Athina and Vasilis on Reception, Katerina in the breakfast room and all of the cleaners who work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean.

Stayed for 2 weeks and it is a fabulous hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts have loads of choice and delicious. Rooms are spotless. Celebrated birthday and wedding anniversary here and both times room was decorated by staff ! Always able to get a sunbed although not all are in the sun all day long. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Excellent location

The hotel was everything and more, perfect location, very clean and welcoming, great staff and atmosphere, nice little bar, no complaints whatsoever and loved our stay, highly recommend.

We spent two weeks at this hotel in August and had a fantastic holiday.

We booked a superior room and were very pleased with this, we were tucked away around the corner from the main area and had a lovely little veranda. The room was perfect and was cleaned everyday.

From the moment we checked in, we knew we would like it here. The receptionist, Constanza, chatted to us for around 20 mins given us all the information we needed for both the hotel, room and surrounding areas – we said at that point that it was the best check in we have ever had, and we have stayed in some very swanky hotels before but they didn’t match this welcome.

We were also pleased with the fact that they allow you to take towels down to the beach which is quite unusual but very welcome, as after two weeks our personal beach towels would be a bit worse for wear!!

The hotel is perfectly located and we thought the beach front was lovely, all the restaurants are very good and in two weeks we didn’t have a bad meal.

What makes the hotel even more special are the lovely staff, but main shout out to Livan (bar) who we sat and had a drink with every night before we went out and again when we came back in – he is so friendly and makes superb cocktails. Athena the other receptionist made us smile and giggle every day when we chatted to her, the girls at breakfast, Vasiliki and Katerina were great and kept our pots of tea coming every morning, amazing how they remember what we like, and Anssar was super friendly and always spoke to us when we met him around the hotel doing all his jobs. The housekeeping ladies were also very friendly and they do a fantastic job in the rooms.

It was our anniversary whilst there and we came back to our room to find the most spectacular flower display on our bed – so beautiful that we almost slept on the sofa that night so as not to disturb it 😊

All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel and the owners should be pleased at what fabulous staff you have working there.
