It was a really good experience in Indana Palace, especially the service it fabulous. We went for Breakfast and it was really busy in the restaurant it was really crowded. It's totally understandable that the staff were really busy but still the service they have provided is really what makes the service standards for good to best. Keep it up! we would love to visit again.

Dear people i would recommend to never stay in this hotel ever. I am feeling like i have come to this hotel for room inspection and the condition of the rooms are worst and after staying in 10000 rs room i have to pay for ice intercom not working freezer not working and after checking in for 2 hrs i am hasseling in this type of thing the room service is too slow as if it will take ages to complete it. Its been 1 hr the food has not arrived

I recently stayed at indana palace, and it was one of the finest hospitality experiences I’ve had. Right from the moment I arrived, the welcome was grand and heartfelt, with traditional music that set a beautiful tone for the trip. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The food was excellent — flavourful, fresh, and presented with great care and also housekeeping service was very greatful thanks to Mr prasun from housekeeping and Mrs Preeti from reception team ..
