Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A big thank you to Omveer for keeping the room perfectly clean throughout our stay. The hotel had a welcoming, calm atmosphere and felt well cared for.

Rooms are very spacious. Delicious breakfast with many options. Great dining room as well. Sometimes the water didn’t get all the way hot but not all the time. Laundry prices were very reasonable. Room service was also excellent. Note that the pool was closed while we were there.

Relaxed stay. Well attended to. Some noise from main road outside, but not enough to disturb your sleep. Only had breakfast (which was great) so can't really vouch for the food.

Location is very good. All the places to visit in Jaipur are nearby. Staff is polite. Service was good. Nice option for breakfast menu

Don’t be fooled by the old photos on the website. They are not representative of the hotel. The only redeeming feature of this hotel are that most of the staff are delightful. (Especially in the restaurant, which also serves delicious food), and that the beds are comfortable. The rooftop pool is abandoned. The hotel was specifically chosen as it had such a wonderful looking pool. Very much mistaken! Unfortunately too, the rooftop is neglected. No shade at all and abandoned kitchens/bar area with washing drying on the deck. The bedrooms were tired with curtains hanging from the rail.

Very excellent stay at Royal Orchid centrel Jaipur. Sach a good accomodation for stay as a couple. Service was amazing and reception staff very polite and very helpful. Special Mr. Mool singh awesome hotel staff, good team work. Very secure n rooms r very comfortabl. It was a great stay.....TNX again

Menu is half available, service is slow and bad, samosa really very bad and with no chutney. Didn't enjoy my visit

It's a fine dining and located in Banipark. I went for a family dinner. At the entrance i was very pleased with the calm environment and the ambience which is in proper rajwada style with ethnic Rajasthani construction, furniture and beautiful paintings hanged on the walls and chandeliers lighting added to entire decor. Puppet show is giving a full Rajasthani touch.

We ordered 4 course meal which was our biggest mistake because quality and quantity both are very poor and their staff acting sluggish. When we contacted to mangaer our situation got more worse and he was not even listening instead he is stubborn and rude. So we left that place and had worst experience

I was literally the only customer in here, apparently it's wedding season? Regardless the service was excellent, food was amazing and the decor is decadent without being tacky. Big bonus points for being CLEAN which is a rarity in India. They also have non veg dishes which is hard to find in this area. The prices are higher than normal but it's worth it.
