Very great Hotel! Breakfast was way beyond of what was expected!

Friendly staff and good location

The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.

One night visit. The nice personal on reception. The hotel need renovation for example I got a room with broken floor near bathroom. Also was very noisy neighbors. I got the room without breakfast. In total:" for one night it's ok. Little bite far from the lake.".

Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.

Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.

My friend and I went for dinner. We were staying at another hotel and fancied a change for dinner. The meal, buffet style, was excellent.

My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby. The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice.

Plus points: - Best view of the sea from the balcony. - Good room finish, with lots of storage space - nice upholstery - dinner was OK. - free Wi-Fi Minus points: - room is extremely small - the room AC is centralised. The front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!

The staff was great minus their 7am to 10 am breakfast. I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. This is not a a hotel for a regular vacation. It's on the premises of Hadassah Ein Karem hospital. If you are visiting a patient and need a place to stay nearby then it's a great solution. The baby hotel for new mothers is amazing, with nursing care on-site. It's a good middle ground between being on the maternity ward and heading home.

Overpriced for the quality of rooms

Very basic hotel, the noise from the corridor got into the room since the door was far from sound proof. The fire alarm was triggered 6 times in our short stay and woke us up in the middle of the night.

Nice rooms and good service. Family owned(i believe) and very friendly. The building was not very secure-anyone could walk up the stairs from outside and there was work being done on an adjoining building so it was a little noisy one morning. Reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable. The room was not clean, and is somewhat small (enough in my taste, but should be taken into account). Bathroom lacks some basics like a hook or something where to hold a towel. Location is great. Easy to find nearby parking (at least during the weekend). Rooms had a TV (with Yes) and a refrigerator.

The owners are so accommodating and helpful! Lovely space and have stayed there twice now this year. Location is convenient to the shuk and places to eat. There is a large park also within walking distance and taxis are easy to get to from the hotel.The local cats are a cute plus!!

Great location, warm family-run hotel We had a wonderful stay at the Biazi hotel. It is excellently located close to Machane Yehuda market, and we walked everywhere. This is a family-run hotel and the family are so welcoming and the hotel is filled with artefacts throughout the family history which is so special. Would definitely recommend.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the hotel a solid 8. The location is almost perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Damascus Gate of the old city of Jerusalem. Nice kibbuts lodging, good kibbuts breakfast. Lovely pool, close to Eilat. The staff we met was very nice and helpful. The room has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. Towels for the pool are provided. The site itself is very pretty and very well taken care of.

We had a wonderful vacation. Especially nice surprise was the free entry to the pool & water amusement park. The food is good and tasty! Very nice for kids with a lot of activities that were arranged for Lag-Ba-Omer. I highly recommend :)

My room had an incredible view of the Temple Mount! Very nice people!

Room could have been a lot cleaner. It was smelly and had a dusty odour. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the fake flowers were full of dust and we had to rest them outside on the verandah that had no table or chairs so impossible to enjoy unless standing.

Our hotel room was really a small old apartment in a building next to a flower shop . Very basic but convenient for our needs of being close by our daughter . Cafes and supermarket within 10 min walk and staff were nice . Little balcony for breakfast that we bought which was pleasant.

I spent a night here with my girlfriend, overall very good hotel, the environment is very pleasant, price in Line with Israeli prices. We chose a package that included dinner and breakfast buffet, a lot of choice, shame about the opening and closing times, too early for a European.
