The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean but the service is not so good. 1. We didn’t get bathrobes 2. We asked the cleaner for extra coffee pods, he said he will bring us and we didn’t get any. 3. A friend was staying in another room and had a problem with the toilet. She went to the reception and was able that it’s ok, that’s how it should be. They didn’t even send someone to check.

Mohamed at the reception was very kind, he lended me an iphone charger and helped me out for my tours. Bravo to him 🫶🏽 the housekeeping were very kind and polite. Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. Very good location, close to a very vibey area filled with cafes and bars. It is also very close to the beach. The room wasn’t anything special, and quite dark, and the noise from the stairs could become loud, especially in the middle of the night.

It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english. The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.

We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. Was quite and peaceful. The staff were great. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel. The only thing is missing is an elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff and an absolutely incredible location. Very easy free parking in a big lot behind the hotel. So many delicious restaurants within walking distance too! It’s a really nice spot, and not so busy as some of the larger hotels in the area. I keep coming back.

This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. The bathroom is terrible (as shown in the photos I posted in my review) its door doesn’t even close properly. The only two positive aspects are the location and the helpful, friendly receptionist.

Weekend in Haifa First time in Haifa this cute boutique hotel was located in a perfect location to explore,eat and enjoy the city.

Nice hotel, need some cleaning... The hotel is nice and unique. The rooms are very big and comfortable. In the room we slept the shower was not clean, and need maintenance as well. Breakfast you eat in a near by restaurant (2 choices), it was very good one in "Strudel".

With a few exceptions, the staff were poor and that is the fault of management. Unless there was no alternative, I would not stay again nor recommend the hotel.

The location is great. The stay was done due to a medical procedure at Ein Tal which is one block near the hotel. The service was perfect. The hotel is very clean. The food during breakfast is just great.

Hi, this is my eighth year staying at the hotel as part of the festival. Waiting to arrive at the hotel with the perfect view of the sea. The staff at the reception is kind and charming. This year's breakfast is significantly less good than in previous years and even than at the 3-star hotel in Prague where we stayed about a month ago with the band.

The staff was really good very attentive and kind but the hotel needs a huge remodeling. The wallpapers are cracking, and the bathroom smells like mildew. If your room is facing the street, you will definitely hear people shouting in the middle of the night or Cab drivers smoking outside. Also, couple of guests were smoking in the hotel that I have to call the reception and asking them to stop.

I enjoyed that the hotel was right on the beach and promenade. The place was clean and overlooked the ocean! We had some difficulties and the staff quickly resolved them. It was a little tricky to get into the apartment because the elevator needed a fob and we weren't told about that. There was one left in the room., so that was good.
