Wonderfully beautiful breakfast at the Villa Carmel's new restaurant. Yogurt with fruit and granola and date honey.

Edan, the manager of Villa Carmel restaurant, has been absolutely lovely. He makes the delicious breakfasts even better. We feel almost like family!

Definitely a place to eat breakfast and lunch!

This was my second stay , and the service , rooms place left us with a very positive experience . A second time the hotel manager went out of his way to accommodate us with early checkin late checkout and the staff were very hospitable

When I called the villa Wednesday night at 9:30 the phone transferred to the hotel manager Isaac at his home . When he understood ai had no where to sleep he guided me through the security system into the drawer in Réception where the master key was “ hidden “ to room 13 . He refused a tip I was force feeding him . The rooms are nice , spacious bathroom with good amenities ( better than Dan Hotels). Breakfast vouchers in a nice cafe . If you like small quaint hotels this is an excellent choice in a Haifa . Tel Aviv has nicer places at 3-4 times the price .

We loved the hotel. The attendant was very nice, the room was large and very clean and the building has a traditional feel. It's well located and the employee doesn't stay overnight, but you have access to the electronic key. There is also space to park your car in front of the hotel.

Charming little hotel. Excellent location in a safe walkable neighborhood. A lot of cafes and restaurants around as well as small parks. The room are spacious, clean, many nice touches like a bath robe. My fourth time here. Surely will be back

Big room with a big bathroom. Very good service. Coffee machine in the room and in the lobby all free. Free wine and oranges in the lobby. Side access to the nearby gardens and zoo. Very clean rooms and good maintenance. Comfortable beds. Recommend for couples.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a memorable stay in Haifa. it is very confidently located. It actually has private parking onsite and they do not charge you for it!!! Which is just amazing. It is really boutique as it only has 16 rooms. We were in a couple different rooms. Room #16 is a large room on the top floor. Loved it. Quiet. Roomy. Lots of closet space. Room #12 is a smaller room but equally well laid out and maintained. The rooftop jacuzzi and sauna are amazing to use at the end of long days of walking and seeing Haifa. And the breakfast. Worth every last shekel. Large does not even begin to describe. Masterfully prepared. One of their breakfast can easily hold a person until dinner. Flavors just flow. Lots of small tastings which combined with the breads, the salads, the eggs, the butter are truly a feast. And let us not forget the staff. Helpful. Friendly. Efficient.

Villa Carmel and I have a very long relationship, I have always recommended them to people I love and I always enjoy coming here to use the Sauna and Jacuzzi area and facilities at the top of the Villa. Unfortunately, my last few experiences were not as good as I would have expected: the rooms weren't so clean, the service wasn't the best and the facilities weren't even working the last few times I was there. This is very unfortunate because I really adore this place and wish to come back many more times, so hopefully this will improve 🙏
I can say for example today I arrived for a massage+breakfast. When I got there at 8:15, the doors were closed, no one was there and no one answered the phone. After standing outside for about 15 min I remembered that the restaurant should probably be open and then I headed that direction. No one was there and I waited until approximately another 10 minutes until the chef finally arrived and tried to help. He said that the massage will start at 9 sharp and because of that I couldn't have breakfast before the massage as I planned. I waited at 5 min to 9 for the massage and it finally started around 9:10. The massage was o.k and she finished around 8 min to 10am (it was supposed to be a 60 min massage + 15 min body peeling which did not happen ) and then she said she has other massages after me so I should try to hurry up.
The breakfast was good and the chef was really nice so that's why overall I'm "OK" with this experience...
Anyways, hope will be better next time.

Very nice and cosy hotel, in every corner are some small vintage things! I like it so much!
Amazing room in dark color with the bath! Jacuzzi is on the roof top!
Very nice place!

we stayed for 2 nights and payed around 200$ per night. the room we got was unkempt - the wallpapers were torn at some places, the shower head was broken and the room smelled of mildew.
on the first night we asked to move to another room and got a bigger, cleaner room. when we turn the AC on the second night, the same smell appeared and it was awful to breathe it. we just went to sleep and checked out first thing in the morning.
