I always enjoy my stay at Dan properties. The Dan Panorama Jerusalem fufilled all my needs. Great room, bathtub, swimming pool, and walking distance to the Kotel and shops at the Jaffa entrance.

Somewhat old, pool is too crouded on the weekend. Limited bar and dining on weekend

Wonderful stay in a great section of the city. Just a 15 minute walk to Jaffa gate, and situated between lovely gardens, shopping, and restaurants

Our room was very comfortable, with adequate space. The amenities were very good. Tge staff were friendly and helpful

The staff were not only helpful but so nice! We had a great short stay and can’t wait to come back again!

In fact, the only thing we thought could be improved was the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet

Amazing! First impression- spotlessly clean. We were in the Gefen building. Crisp white sheets and towels. All rooms have robes and slippers

The food is fantastic, lots to choose from and desserts were great. Morning coffee done by their barista was a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and pleasant

Staff were excellent. Very clean facility and breakfast was excellent.

I would rate our room as 3 if not less. Dark, outdated, the bathroom small with a slippery narrow bathtub ( does not fit seniors). the extra bed in our room was narrow and small for an adult ( we paid for 3 adults)

I give it four stars because it has a clean modern look, pool and dry sauna, for the price per night compared to other hotels in the area that are falling apart, it cant beat

Very nice hotel! It has a great concept and beautiful design. The staff are very kind, and the breakfast is excellent. The pool is small but very comfortable to relax in. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach

However, the walls between the rooms are not soundproof

If you don't, the staff will just walk into the room in the early morning as they did to me at 8am! When they realized I was in the room, they got out and slammed the door scaring you know what out of me! The restaurant downstairs has potential being in a corner location, but it is always empty and uninviting

Hotel bedding is lackluster at best. The bed cover is very small could not cover 2 people. This is a hotel fitted for younger clientele. At one point in my stay housekeeping left their cleaning supplies in my room

5 stars, because 6 is not possible. We spent a couple of nights, in the middle of the wintertime, and this felt like heaven. Right from the beginning, the service was PERFECT (except for one unpleasant receptionist)

Reason for Low comfort level was due to the unclear nature of the Kosher status of the hotel. The Meat Restaurant "Ranch House" is not Kosher and is open on Shabbat. Also, the Farm shop is open on Shabbat

We enjoyed an amazing room (1001) with an amazing view. The room was cozy, clean, well equipped (though, the lack of a USB charging port would feel strange in 2023)

The Hotel itself serves kosher Dairy food with a very good Hechsher from Rav Eliyahu of Tzfat, but if someone is going to stay for shabbat that is the only option

Wonderful hotel!! Lovely place and everyone there wanted to please. Beautiful environment and the food was outstanding. The pool was absolutely terrific

The service was generally very good, and we especially enjoyed the hot pools in the spa. Our rooms were clean and well equipped, although one of the rooms had an unreliable air-conditioner

Also, the pools are more impressive because they have these pressure waterfalls in both the hot Jacuzzi as well as the cold plunge. It is really good on the shoulders and back

On the Sunday the lounge was closed, and it took us a while to find out that were allowed some food and drinks at one of the cafes (not particularly comfortable or nice)

As part of our deal we had “Club” benefits – which were not particularly well explained. On Friday and Saturday we were allowed into a Club lounge, which was very nice

Just a few things were not particularly fresh nor tasty: the sushi on the Friday night, and the deserts on Friday and Saturday night

The meals were generally very good, especially the fresh main courses (meat, fish & veggie) and salads

Easy walk to promenade and the water. Hotel pools are plentiful and cooling. Very roomy accommodation, comfortable bed, large bathroom, enough for two

Spacious and comfortable rooms and the hotel is maintained to a high standard. There is a spa but for some reason they do not accept Apple Pay. The pool is small and is located next to the spa

We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained

Reasonably basic but comfortable. Not the cleanest place I have stayed - lots of marks and grime on surfaces. And I stayed for 5 nights and my sheets were not changed once

The breakfast is really good and the bed comfortable. The ‘rooftop bar’ is deserted and I never saw the bar open. It did not look like it had been used for some time

The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived)

Wifi was generally OK and could be accessed from the rooftop pool area, that also had plenty of shade to avoid the hot sunshine

Room size is great for Tel Aviv. Everything was clean. Huge breakfast with a lot of choice, about 6 stations with various options. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb location.

Great stay, great location, good food. From our room, there was an amazing view of the beach, easy access to main areas and the beach, buffet breakfast had many options

We had a small problem finding someone when we were checking in in the night and once we managed to reach the reception it took time to find the room and the key but all the wise the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful the next day extremely kind the rooms are clean and the location is amazing 1 minute from the beach

The hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance

However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean

The location is central in Tel Aviv Yafo with easy access to the beach, but construction surrounds the hotel due to a new subway being built

It was obvious that the manager's handling methods were not professional. He even got into an argument with the foreign tourist who was bringing his daughter. Check-in time is 3:00; but we couldn't get a room at 3:15

The exterior wall of the hotel is relatively old and the lobby is normal, but the staff were very slow during check-in time. Some foreign tourists quarreled with the manager

The room has a balcony and the lighting is good. Staying on the second floor, the corridor looks like an old shopping mall. The price is relatively cheap for Tel Aviv

The reception person were very nice and kind, the hotel and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great and healthy food, good coffee. The body tools were too small, next time I will ask a bigger ones

The rooms are very pleasant and well-equipped with fresh towels everyday and a beautiful bathroom and shower. I would stay here again in the future and I highly recommend

Standard looking rooms, nothing special (wood & dark carpets that you still can see stains on it). Small but nice swimming pool + one for childrens. Eventually I would consider returning

Very nice hotel, great location, across the road there is a small grocery store that has everything, behind a huge Ksp store, a red complex right behind with a wide variety of clothing stores, supermarkets, electronics stores and more

The room is comfortable, spacious, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The shower is clean and inviting, toiletries and towels included. The room has a small safe that can fit a small laptop

Pool is very cold in the off season and there is no hot tub (they charge to enter the very small and dingy jacuzzi at the herods vitalis) 2

Herods Palace is one of the hotels that truly deseves the rating. The stuff is welcoming, perfect hospitality, great food, awsome. pool, excelent service and tidy rooms

We have now stayed at the Yam Suf many times and we still feel it is a fabulous experience. We had a pool facing room on the 6th floor. Great balcony for sunning or drying clothes

The pools are great and you have access to a beach on the Red Sea just across the road. There is s synagogue on-site and I was able to pray with a minyan most of the 5 days

Very good hotel overall, with nice and spacious rooms. However, the shower door could not be properly closed and leaked badly. Every shower flooded the bathroom

Priority seems to be given to pretty blondes and to guests who push their way forward, while others are completely ignored

The pool area was clean and not too crowded and we had loungers with shade with no fight. The executive lounge was an added bonus and we enjoyed it very much

We chose to stay in an executive room with a bay view, the view is indeed amazing (see the photos I took), and entrance to the lounge on Friday and Saturday is very affordable - a worthy substitute for lunch and afternoon coffee

The hotel stay offers free snack coupons for kids, as well as 2 free entries to local attractions such as the cable car. Amazing views so request a room on a higher level, and the large pool area with kiosk was great

This hotel is right across from the beach with an ext view of the sea. The beach has a really nice boardwalk for walking or jogging. Breakfast was so nice and you can not even sample a tenth of the selection

This is an amazing hotel and a great location. Israel Luxury Tours booked it for us and the check was super smooth and fast. The employees were wonderful and so attentive

The room next to us was very loudly, also people in the pool was moving my things from my sunbed while I was gone for a few minutes. In the morning , near 6am there was horrible noise of construction.

Also breakfast had all kinds of beverages including tea and coffee. Dinner only had water:( The overall hotel shows signs of its age but the remodeled rooms on the 12 floor were nice

Great service with great staff! Spent the week with our 4 kids. Gym open 24 and free! Swimming pool clean and calm!! You also get some nice treats for kids! Rooms are clean. Very good location in Tel Aviv

We've never stayed in that part of the city and were pleasantly surprised to find such a pleasant and basic hotel at an affordable rate. It was only one night and a nice clean room was just what we needed

There's a minibar and kettle in the room and also free coffee and water at the lobby. The staff was nice, especially Aya the housekeeping manager

Some great eateries really close & awesome shopping very close - the hotel is just across the road from the central bus station To see people describe this as a hostel is so weird, because it really isn't even close to that

very nice hotel just besides the central bus station. the room is quite spacious which has two separate rooms with two king size beds and one small bed. the staff is very helpful and they provide good espresso coffee.

We spent a few days here as part of our tour. We loved the location and the accessibility to the Sea of Galilee, we would walk out to the lookout point every night and enjoy conversations with our friends

I forgot my stuff in the room and they called me and made sure I got it back. I came from Canada to stay there and I will back on summer only because of the good treatment and service from both of them

The rooms were a bit dated, but the food options were plentiful. Some in our group grabbed drinks from the bar and the prices were higher than others places we had been just for perspective

It cannot be responsible for the August heat. 39oC Rooms charming and very clean Food in abundance and large variety. We stayed in the Chalets surrounded by beautifully kept gardens

: one small tip - in the pool area it would be nice if the staff was asking guests if they’d like to order some food or drinks instead of guests having to approach them and ask for menu etc - this is no criticism just small advice to step up your game in serving your customers as 5* hotel ;) Lastly I want to thank concierge Ariella (sorry for wrong spelling) for her very kind approach and huge empathy...

From the moment we checked into the Jaffa hotel, this weekend, we felt pampered and cared for. Ruth greeted us in the lobby and showed us around, detailing the history and the amenities of the hotel

The only downside of this hotel are the sizes of the rooms - even if you book premium/deluxe room it’s so small (there is no place where to place your luggage for example because of the lack of space in the room)

We had brunch in the restaurant and played backgammon on the lobby , after doing yoga in the chapel. This hotel is a world apart from the hustle of Tel Aviv, yet a short walk to the beach

authentic, cozy, quiet, despite the hotel being full, delicious food for breakfast, great restaurant, very authentic and cozy rooms

This hotel also has a very cool spa, where they do quality massages, and there is also a gray-haired woman there, who like a fairy envelops all the hotel residents with warmth! thank you!

Dinner and breakfast are great! Vast selection with great quality! They even serve sodas, juices, beer and wine (red and white) included! They have a “bar” area with kids entertainment, large pool with water slides

The staff were very kind and helpful. Nice entertainment and shows for the kids. The pool was pleasant with unlimited drinks and ice cream — a great touch! The hotel is a bit old, but the atmosphere is friendly

OK but not to repeat! The hotel is actually a renovation of a hotel whose prime was during the 1980's. The room design and the swimming pool stayed the same

The hotel was packed and the pool area was too small for accomodating all people. In addition it was dirty and full of flies

the hotel is exelent but most of the people coming to this hotel are famelies with alot of childrens so its so noisy that you will prefer to be in a tent.
