Great low-key hotel for a relaxing getaway. Nice gymboree and play area for kids with plenty of games + arts & crafts options. Big pool, decent spread at most of the meals

We were a huge group and overall enjoyed but there are things that need to be fixed up

So glad I came here for the weekend with friends. Very courteous and well-trained staff👍👍 Very clean and most important kid-friendly. The PR Manager Aviva chaperoned us at every step and this was very touching

The pool is nice but for beach lovers it is a short 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday💓

We always stay at this hotel when in Ashkelon! The staff always helps and the breakfast is amazing. Views of the sea help too… The marina is basically between the building and the sea so easy to walk to.

Only issue which is understandable is that since out of season, the pool closed too early at 3:45pm

Another con is the pool, it has the weirdest opening time, 09h15 to 15h45, considering that the sun is well up by 7 am, that local lifeguards are using the facility daily to train by that time, and sunset was 17h00 after Winter tike change during that weekend

Note to mgmt : 08h00 to 17h00 is the norm in other local hotels, and keeping the lawn accessible after pool closure (you already surround the pool with a separate fence after closure) should be enabled, except the lobby there arw no other place where to seat

And the garden surrounding it is gorgeous, a wonderful lawn, plenty space to seat and have drinks, but only accessible during pool opening time, which made the facilities unusable

We arrived late but soon they were so hospitable and upgraded our room (1st floor fully refurbished) - the cleanliness and shower is exceptional and the breakfast is all we needed for the entire day with everything you can think of and if you like bufet dinners they have the best but expensive if you don’t order ahead with your room

If you have a car you can eat dinners very good and cheap in eilat. The snorkeling and if you want scuba is the best in this area apart from we hear in Egypt but you can’t take rental cars out of Israel

Bountiful breakfast spread, juicer for making fresh orange juice, cheeses of all varieties, pastries, desserts, meats, salads, yogurts, eggs and they make eggs to order - right by the promenade and above the Baha’i gardens

Absolutely wonderful stay at Nof Hotel! As a solo traveler, I could not have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was excellent — a rich and varied spread that was a perfect start to each morning

The view from my room was simply incredible, offering breathtaking scenery that I will not forget. The room itself featured a modern, stylish design with all the amenities you could need

Place was great staff was great. Only thing we disliked was how much it cost us to do laundry. We did one load and overlooked the prices in comparing shekels to dollars

The hotel itself is a great find, featuring indoor Dead Sea thermal pools in a covered area that’s very pleasant to relax in. The dining room was excellent, offering a nice variety of tasty dishes

A beautiful, clean hotel in a great location. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The spa and pool are a bonus, and the view from the rooms is sublime.

-Excellent location, a couple of minutes to walk to the public beach area -Refurbished rooms, well appointed, and comfortable. -Nice pool area, with covered seating areas, along with shaded areas

-There is a small workout room (did not use) and a spa area (also did not use, but there was a pool there). The Not So Good -There was a lot of food selection, but it was not great

Unfortunately, the pool is not covered with a shade similar to some other hotel pools that I have visited in the area

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days

Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents

Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full

In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality. View of the construction site and parking lot. ) In the description it was that there is a compliment, there was nothing

It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available

Great pool area, comfortable rooms, good and varied food, polite and caring staff and a wonderful view from the delightful lobby over the Jezreel valley towards the Gilboa Mountains in the distance

A nice hotel but has become in need of some renovation. The food is plentiful and tasty. Bus stop to city center is close as the hotel is not in the center. The pool looks nice (though we did not have a chance to use)

Overall it was fun and relaxing. The pool area was great, not enough shading options but it's fine. The food was average quality, not fancy

You will find everything hot, fresh and tasty. The meringue dessert melts in your mouth. The lamb is incredibly tender. There is beef and bone marrow as well. The breakfast is an amazing Middle Eastern feast

Gorgeous views, beautiful large, modern lobby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Family suites have privacy for the parents, and a large patio overlooking the valley. Excellent service and delicious food.

From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.

Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻

Is there a way to give it 6 stars? Very helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful everything! Just across the street from the New Gate. The gift shop is small, but I found the best prices there of anywhere

We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous

The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying

The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day

The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent, with the floors cleaned daily, towels replaced, and everything kept spotless

In addition, the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options (eggs, salads, toasts, juices, etc. ), and the Shabbat meal is simply divine

The included breakfast at this property was one of the best I have experienced in many trips to Israel. Haifa is hilly and this property is very strategically located in a beautiful area called the Old German village

It is the best place to take a walk in the evening. The view with the backlighting is mesmerizing. And many thanks to the hotel for extending the room until 2:00 PM without payment

There is a large supermarket close to the hotel, right at the exit to the left and it takes about 7 minutes to walk. And in general it is very close to the foot of the gardens

End of trip After a cruise we had a 2 day in Haifa and surrounding with one night stay. The hotel is well located walking distance to restaurants and the gardens

We stayed for a day at the hotel. We booked it because it was close to the train station and the cruise port, since the cruise started from Haifa

The B'hai gardens are a 10-minute walk away. I travel to Haifa with some frequency and will book this hotel again

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

My wife and I don't get away alone that often. My work often involves hotel stay overs alone. We decided not long ago to get away for a few days. We chose Eilat as our destination and unexpectedly ended up in the Orchid

Back at this hotel after 35 years, when it was Marriot. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept up to spec

Hotel a little old fashioned, clean , large comfortable rooms , amazing views over the harbour , staff super helpful. Indoor swimming pool was a great extra. Ideal for a family city break

The highlights are the bay view (you can see the entire area) and the breakfast buffet - spectacular!! The lobby is also well appointed and pleasant

The bathtub was very tall and slippery so we had to be careful getting in and out and had to ask for a stool to use as a step.

My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for. I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest

we are still trying to sort a double payment we were charged ordering an extra breakfast. we paid cash and yet after we left the hotel charge our credit card, without asking us, or trying to contact us

when we contact them to check why they charged again the reception manager claimed we never paid the extra breakfast though we are holding an invoice for that payment

The staff was amazing, so sweet and helped alot. I was sick for couple of days and the reception kindly offered me tea twice just by mentioning it. Food was super good I enjoyed my stay , would definitely come again

The hotel is Big and nice inside. Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation

From the always-smiling reception team, to the kind housekeeper, and even the owner himself — who personally made us an omelet at breakfast and insisted we try the freshly squeezed orange juice — everything was simply exceptional

This is our second stay at the Numa, and definitely not the last. We've stayed in several of the more well known boutique hotels in Tel Aviv. The building is not historical. There is no fancy restaurant on the premises

And no, no bathrobe or slippers. But what do you get? Clean, quiet, comfortable room, with an espresso machine, a kettle, coffee, tea, mineral water, a small fridge

They truly deserve a rating of 5 stars and beyond, even despite a small issue that wasn’t under their control (and which we hadn’t reported in time), yet they still went out of their way to compensate us for it

It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday

The property is a bit worn and in need of care. Staff The staff felt neutral and below hospitality standards. When serious issues arose, they were unable or unwilling to handle them properly

Despite repeated calls and complaints to reception, nothing effective was done. He just called them and they disregarded the warning. We knocked on the door and asked to stop, to which they did, but only the music

The only thing that they could add is a clock by the pool, to help visitors keep track of time without having to get out of the water and check their watches oe phones

For me it ithe best hotel in Eilat, on the beach direct access to snorkel and view beautiful fishes near the coralt reserve, sea surfing, excellent breakfast, good service and not crouded. Recommended!

- Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - Only 4 slides were working in a Water Park. - Couldn't find any water cooler at night

You have both a nice swimming pools inside the hotel, and free entrance to Water attractions park outside. The food is cool, they somehow manage to make meals "thematic"

A perfect place for families, a high-level all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained, Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and more. the food is varied, fresh and delicious

Very good for families with young children. If your kids are above 12 they might be left board at the evenings as the pool shuts down at 18:00 and the rest of the hotel around 20:00

Just for example, by arrival we had a dinner with dishes reminding "fast food chains" but with 5* hotel quality - the kids were absolutely delighted, but we were worried that this is a constant style

However, already a supper was completely different - with an emphasys on fish dishes etc. In short, you will not regret choosing the place for your vacation

Used the Pango app to pay a small fee for parking at a nearby location marked in blue and white on street curb

Atrium Heathrow was very convenient for us as a stop over point in London between flights. Still within the Heathrow tube zone so there is no fee and the station is literally across the street from the hotel

Dan Properties all over Israel are the best hotels with excellent management.

Excellent breakfast buffet, large swimming pool, good gym, excellent location close to Haifa Zoo and near a shopping / dining area. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot so have to park outside the premise

It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..

It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.

This hotel is really good, rooms are clean, confortable bed, and good Wifi. The best thing is that is so closed to the beach. Just 2 blocks away. And also provide coffee, snacks and fruit for free as a breakfast

We thought the hospitality was quite good. We have stayed at the Embassy 3-4 times as it is close to the sea, good value, clean and very friendly.

Location is right off of the beach. Rooms nice and clean, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, AC in room, staff is very friendly and helpful. They leave snacks out for guests. Nice coffee shop around the corner
