We have now stayed at the Yam Suf many times and we still feel it is a fabulous experience. We had a pool facing room on the 6th floor. Great balcony for sunning or drying clothes. The hotel is kept spotless and has been kept in great shape. All food was amazing- the breakfast and the food we ordered in the bar area. Shout out to Shlomo for his good recommendations and his eagerness to help. ...
The whole experience is badly let down by the substandard breakfast buffet, which is by far the worst of any Isrotel hotel. The dining room is cramped, overcrowded, and loud. The staff are slow. I waited ten minutes for milk, 15 for porridge oats, and the same for pastries. There's no croissants, and the selection of food in general is far lower than I expect from the chain. I was made to feel bad...
Was a very nice experience beautiful hotel with a lot of things to do on and off site The breakfast buffet was amazing would come again only for that… Was overall a very fun experience and a very good price as well
Very good hotel overall, with nice and spacious rooms. However, the shower door could not be properly closed and leaked badly. Every shower flooded the bathroom. The hotel bar is pleasant and the drinks are good, but the staff are extremely slow to take orders (not to serve them). Priority seems to be given to pretty blondes and to guests who push their way forward, while others are completely ignored...
Nice hotel, not super fancy which is a plus, was my crowded during the week and good over the weekend. Beautiful pool, great breakfast and walk to a designated beach. Overall enjoyable weekend
Nice typical big hotel , clean .

Very professional hotel .the service and food are excelent . Always i am happy to return to this hotel . The room is big and nice . The view to the sea is nice and amazing in day time and also at night time . All the workers behave very nice .service is professional and ki nd
We had an amazing experience at Dan Carmel. We chose to stay in an executive room with a bay view, the view is indeed amazing (see the photos I took), and entrance to the lounge on Friday and Saturday is very affordable - a worthy substitute for lunch and afternoon coffee. The location of the hotel is great, close to the Baha'i Gardens and the German Colony. There is free parking at 73 President Boulevard...
You can’t beat the Dan experience no matter which location you visit, they’re a 5 star hotel for a reason. The Friday night dinner and Saturday breakfast offered delicious buffet options, with a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel stay offers free snack coupons for kids, as well as 2 free entries to local attractions such as the cable car. Amazing views so request a room on a higher level...
Great hotel overlooking on Haifa bay and the Mediterranean. Excellent attentive service even in the August frenzy when overloaded with families. The rooms and interior are bit outdated but well maintained and give a feeling of a luxurious high quality hospitality experience. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing hotel and a great location. Israel Luxury Tours booked it for us and the check was super smooth and fast. The employees were wonderful and so attentive. This hotel is right across from the beach with an ext view of the sea. The beach has a really nice boardwalk for walking or jogging. Breakfast was so nice and you can not even sample a tenth of the selection . Highly recommended
Breakfast was pretty good but why is dinner double the price and only 1/2 the amount of food selections. Over half the serving areas were closed during dinner. Also breakfast had all kinds of beverages including tea and coffee. Dinner only had water:( The overall hotel shows signs of its age but the remodeled rooms on the 12 floor were nice.
The Breakfast is excellent with a large well prepared selection. Definitely a highlight. The Gym is useless, if wishing to perform resistance training. The Weights for the Smith Machine is a laughing stock and looks as though it's something even people living in Gaza would reject. All very old and missing the rubber surround as it's fallen off over the decades. The room is quite basic, with NO hairdryer...
The Dan Panorama Hotel is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv with a spectacular view, quality and courteous service, modern rooms overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a large pool, a gym and spa, and an excellent location near the beach, Neve Tzedek and the Carmel Market. Good service and varied food.
The lobby of this hotel is so misleading. Everything was nice besides. Rooms were renovated and stylish, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on shabbat was amazing, food altogether was good. Service was pretty good for Israeli hotel expectations. The view is so nice, of the tayelet and the beach, you're really kne step away. The elevator situation was a bit uncomfortable and the shower in the room...
If you upgrade to a renovated room, the room is pleasant. Impressive lighting. No place to hang swimming suit. Breakfast is amazing. Re. Parking, rent a small car as this is very tight and not owned by the hotel. Gym is falling apart. Check in/out is slow

The balcony view was 👌 The service is very kind and nice, I arrived here late at night 2 am and received very good service, thanks to Yasser, Walid and another nice Lady from the reception , for the response and consideration. We spent a few days here as part of our tour. We loved the location and the accessibility to the Sea of Galilee, we would walk out to the lookout point every night and enjoy conversations with our friends. The rooms were a bit dated, but the food options were plentiful. Some in our group grabbed drinks from the bar and the prices were higher than others places we had been just for perspective. Great place, great food(!), the only con- no pool as of 2025. But they gave us a free attraction ticket so we could chose.

Family Vacation-Hotel needs to improve The hotel is in a state of renovation. There is work that needs to be done. Breakfast was great. Bathrooms were ok. Lobby was comfortable and pretty. Carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced. We were a huge group and overall enjoyed but there are things that need to be fixed up.
We always stay at this hotel when in Ashkelon! The staff always helps and the breakfast is amazing. Views of the sea help too… The marina is basically between the building and the sea so easy to walk to.
Good good stay, we will return again

We came to Eilat to take part in the 2025 Desert Marathon. We received the rooms early and were to relax before all the race preparations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We received 4 rooms, each 2 had a connecting door. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful!
Definitely recommend this location and hotel as it was very close to the best snorkeling in the area and full of dive shops. Only issue which is understandable is that since out of season, the pool closed too early at 3:45pm
We arrived late but soon they were so hospitable and upgraded our room (1st floor fully refurbished) - the cleanliness and shower is exceptional and the breakfast is all we needed for the entire day with everything you can think of and if you like bufet dinners they have the best but expensive if you don’t order ahead with your room. A beautiful, clean hotel in a great location. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The spa and pool are a bonus, and the view from the rooms is sublime.
Typical dead sea hotel. Nice rooms, decent food, good coffee, across the street from the beach. Tiny parking lot, not nearly adequate. Busboy took my plate and fork from under my nose while i was still eating, without even asking. Find another hotel where they have respect for guests.
Wonderful hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff was courteous and especially kind to the children. We stayed at the end of August as a family of five, on a half-board basis. The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.
The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.
The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level. Repair, furniture, everything from the last century, everything is worn and torn. The bathroom is as if you got into the 90s. Everything is old, worn out. In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality.... View of the construction site and parking lot. Coffee and tea by the bag. (As if stolen.) In the description it was that...
Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Supposedly 4 or 5 star hotel. Friendly staff but the bathroom was dirty esp inside the bathtub scree - nobody cleaned there for decades. Absolutely hate when an expensive hotel uses cheap toilet paper. Little choice at the bar. Really disappointing!!!

This buffet is unbelievable. You will find everything hot, fresh and tasty. The meringue dessert melts in your mouth. The lamb is incredibly tender. There is beef and bone marrow as well. The breakfast is an amazing Middle Eastern feast. The bourekas are out of this world.
Overall it was fun and relaxing... The pool area was great, not enough shading options but it's fine. The food was average quality, not fancy... To fix - beds, pillows, all the doors to guest rooms, elevators are from last century?? Will come back though...
It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable with good hygiene maintained on daily basis. Buffet breakfast is great with many options available. Staff is helpful and provides great service.
Stayed just for one night, but e everything was very good. Spacious rooms, a bit lack of maintenance. Exceptionally reach buffet for breakfast.
A nice hotel but has become in need of some renovation. The food is plentiful and tasty. Bus stop to city center is close as the hotel is not in the center. Back at this hotel after 35 years, when it was Marriot. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept up to spec. The highlights are the bay view (you can see the entire area) and the breakfast buffet - spectacular!! The lobby is also well appointed and pleasant.
This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center.
The room was great, staff were friendly, the spa was nice
The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was wonderful
The bathtub was very tall and slippery so we had to be careful getting in and out and had to ask for a stool to use as a step.

We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining...
