The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean but the service is not so good. 1. We didn’t get bathrobes 2. We asked the cleaner for extra coffee pods, he said he will bring us and we didn’t get any. 3. Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. Great hotel for couples. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent kosher breakfast. Comforable, large rooms with balcony, good quality bedding and towels. The pool is small but it wasn’t busy and the rest of the spa facilities are top notch. For shomer shabbat guests the hotel provides candle lighting, shabbat keys, hot water urn plus teas/coffee.
