I had a truly memorable stay at Leonardo club in Eilat. While I unfortunately misplaced my wallet during my visit, the staff were incredibly helpful and diligent, and they managed to locate and return it to me. Their honesty and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Beyond that, the room was comfortable, food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

As all included resorts go, we enjoyed our stay here. Food and service were very good. The grounds are well kept and nicely landscaped. The gym is well equipped. The pool looked fantastic. Lots of evening activities. In the center of the city a 5 minutes walk from the Ice Mall (which is huge and a whole other attraction for shopping)

Literally, the best all inclusive place in Israel the pool was a little cold and the waterpark and large pool was under construction wasn’t too happy about that but overall, the staff was great and very accommodating

The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c). It is especially disappointing because the room and the food is quite OK.

Great location, warm family-run hotel We had a wonderful stay at the Biazi hotel. It is excellently located close to Machane Yehuda market, and we walked everywhere. This is a family-run hotel and the family are so welcoming and the hotel is filled with artefacts throughout the family history which is so special. Would definitely recommend.

This Hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are nice and we have been upgraded. The staff is absolutely kind and very efficient. I stayed at the Leonard Hotel in Tiberias in a room with a sea view, and overall it was a very good experience. The view of the Sea of Galilee was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the stay. Overpriced The hotel is a bit overpriced- you don't really get your money's worth or value. I understand that this is a war-time and not everything can go to plan but some things suprised me. We’ll definitely be back, amazing hotel with stunning views on a quiet location outside of the city. High level service and overall the hotel has a very pastoral feeling. Hidden Jem Whenever staying in the South the Regina Goren is my favorite. Tatyana and the staff are always welcoming and attentive. The hotel can be difficult to find but once you know, you know. It’s like a hidden Jen. Very clean and quiet. The ocean view is nice but if you want real quiet the garden is a better choice.

I can't give my opinion about the rooms because I just went there for dinner. However, I can tell that Uny's attention at the reception was excelent. At the restaurant, the attention was great too and the food very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. It is worthy to make your own opinion yourself.

The outside looks okay but the room is quite old. There is nothing to shout about on the food selection as it is standard buffet style for dinner and breakfast.
