Prima Tel-Aviv is a beautiful hotel on the Mediterranean Sea in Tel Aviv Israel. It has beautiful spacious rooms, incredible nonobstructed views of the sea with an excellent beach steps away. The service is impeccable, the rooms are so modern and well appointed, but still give you the feel of the timelessness of the area. There is Bauhaus design noted with excellent eye for detail. The staff was very...
The location of the hotel is great and the sea view is very nice (for sea view rooms).
Furniture and rugs need deep cleaning.
Some noise from a bar downstairs until midnight.
Overall for the cost it is okay.
The best thing about this hotel is the location and the staff. Stayed in December 2025 as a group of two adults and two kids. The location is 10/10- it’s literally next to the beach, and easy walking distance to anywhere you need to go. The staff are lovely too. However the rooms are v small and v tired. The noise level from the street is insane from super early
in the morning (5am!) until v late at...
The hotel is in a great location with wonderful views of the beach in most rooms. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast looking out at the sea was nice, which a good assortment of options. The biggest issue we had was from the music coming from the restaurant on the ground floor. It is not owned or controlled by the hotel so they can't control the music level. The first...
Great hotel! Great view of the Mediterranean Sea. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
Be aware that to get into the hotel, there is a large staircase which may be challenging with heavy suitcases and strollers. Hotel does not have kosher certification. Parking lot may be full on the weekends but there are plenty of other lots in a few block radius.
Prima Hotel Tel Aviv – Honest Review After Multiple Stays
I’ve stayed at the Prima Hotel Tel Aviv a few times already—once with my kids and once without so I’ve gotten a pretty good feel for the place. When traveling with kids, keep in mind that the rooms are on the smaller side. For a family of five (and honestly even four), you’ll likely need two rooms. try to ask for Sea View I think they are nicer...

Everything was fine, but it was impossible to adjust the air temperature. It was very cold at night! I really enjoyed the breakfast.
Great hotel close to Azrieli & the train station. Was in Israel for work, and the centrality of Play Midtown made my commute really easy. Staff was nice, and the hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants and cafes. Also, great location for lots of kosher food options.
Such a lovely experience at Play Midtown. The hotel is located in a 4-5 building complex of office towers, condos, restaurants & Play Hotel units surrounded by a beautiful courtyard. Staff was very friendly & accommodating (especially Maria & Bilal). Restaurants in the complex had a huge variety of food options. The Play Hotel is fine. Located in the center of Tel Aviv. I have no bad words to say or complaints, but I took the time to write this review to say thank you to Maria at the reception. She was so welcoming and polite and nice, both at check in and check out. So we came with a smile and left smiling thanks to her. THANK YOU MARIA .
This hotel is just straight up cool. Great staff, great service, and one great location.

The staff was kind and courteous. The room was clean, modern and the staff upgraded us to a beautiful ocean view! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the bar in the lobby had great ambience. Housekeeping was attentive and allowed us to have an extra fridge in the room too. This was an amazing hotel with a great location. Would definitely come here again!

The staff is amazing, particularly at the pool. Wonderful place.
The food was divine! Both jn the gorgeous breakfast hall across the hotel right on the beach which was beautiful and the shabbat dinner and lunch had excellent dishes. Rooms were nice too. And staff was friendly. Shabbat elevators were not so well planned, but otherwise a great stay

What a wonderful location, great historical building, every modern luxury, spotless and friendly service in all areas!
What can I say about this wonderful establishment that hasn't been said before? Beautiful property staffed by beautiful people who take great pleasure in welcoming you and bringing light into your day. One of the best stays I've ever had in Tel Aviv
I rarely write reviews, but I’m compelled to share our thoughts on the Norman with potential guests debating a stay. The unequivocal answer is YES. I’ll begin by saying that we’ve stayed at the Kempinski on our last few trips (and even for a few nights on this trip). The Kempinski is nice and new— and on the beach— which has always been important to us. However, after staying at the Norman in a...
The norman is the most beautiful hotel in Israel. Staying there is a spectacular indulgence. And you will fall in love with the people even more than the hotel itself. Andrea is phenomenal and her front desk staff are the best in the business. Harry is the best resource in all of Tel Aviv. Imri, Shai, May, Karin, and the other restaurant/food & beverage personnel are spectacular. Din, Gal, and the...
One of, if not THE, best hotels in Tel Aviv. Located right next to Rothshilde Blv. and next to the historical core of the city, this great hotel offers all you need to have in the metropolitan.

The staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean and nice. The room was dingy and not updated at all with water stains on the walls, old furnishings and patch work repairs. The door between us and the adjoining room was so thin and had such a big gap under it, that we could hear the conversation of the guests next door and see when they turned their light on and off. Beautiful hotel in a city worth exploring. Good facilities, although a bit dated. Very good buffet breakfast, highly recommended.
Very pleasant stay. Varied and generous breakfast. Attentive staff. Only small problem, out of 4 days, they forgot to clean our room once!
Convenient location, excellent breakfasts, responsive and attentive staff, otherwise the hotel is tired. Whitewash is falling off the walls and ceilings, there are cracks in the walls.
An easy walk to the beach
we have stayed here many times. It is close to the beach and the restaurant in the lobby is good, although the service at this restaurant is not really up to par. Best place stay in Eilat
Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.
Rooms are a little outdated and eclectic, and the location is a little too far from everywhere (except the undersea observatory). To it's credit the hotel is a fun place to hang out, with decent food and nice amenities

Nicely designed hotel, room is clean and spacious. Located in the center, a few minutes walk to the beach. Many cafes and restaurants around. The only thing is at lower floors the window could use some cleaning. All in all was a good stay.

Especially the manager tamara that was so kind to us.

The hotel was fantastic and clean
We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained. The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived).
In comparison with the alternatives it is a better hotel. Clean, calm and a great breakfast. The rooms are small though.
I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty . Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions.
But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean. Luckily I had a light travel sleeping bag with me, to keep me clean in bed.
Too small for an hotel room. Too simple. Very kind and cooperative staff.
