The included breakfast at this property was one of the best I have experienced in many trips to Israel. Haifa is hilly and this property is very strategically located in a beautiful area called the Old German village. The B'hai gardens are a 10-minute walk away. I travel to Haifa with some frequency and will book this hotel again.

Quite good business hotel, locatednot far from the port of Haifa. Rooms were a bit outdated, but breakfast was very extensive. Location is also good - next to the German colony architectural area and not far from Bahai gardens. Service was OK.

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

Back at this hotel after 35 years, when it was Marriot. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept up to spec. The highlights are the bay view (you can see the entire area) and the breakfast buffet - spectacular!! The lobby is also well appointed and pleasant.

This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. The hotel is Big and nice inside . Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation. Very friendly, some spoke English this was helpful with our group " Me " lol. The location was good, with a 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance to the beach. There was a lot of sound leakage from the next room. Other than that, it was a satisfying stay.

My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! She pointed out what was safe for my allergy restrictions and made delicious recommendations. It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)

We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.

The hotel itself is remote, quite and feels new for the most part. The staff is nice and accommodating. Be advised, this hotel is far from the city, a 10 minute drive by car at least. This isnt a negative, just something to look out for.

Dan Properties all over Israel are the best hotels with excellent management.

Excellent breakfast buffet, large swimming pool, good gym, excellent location close to Haifa Zoo and near a shopping / dining area. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot so have to park outside the premise. Used the Pango app to pay a small fee for parking at a nearby location marked in blue and white on street curb.

Atrium Heathrow was very convenient for us as a stop over point in London between flights. Still within the Heathrow tube zone so there is no fee and the station is literally across the street from the hotel.Stayed there three different times over three weeks.Hotel and staff were 👍😃.

The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

Convenient transportation, rich breakfast

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are so fresh and clean! The shower is like a strong delicious massage! They were so nice and gave us a few extra hours to checkout. The hotel restaurant had a big selection of breakfast food, and everything was so tasteful and delicious!

Was transferred to Leonardo Club as this hotel is under maintenance. Room is very old and jaded, compensated by the beach at its front door. Ok for the price paid.
