Great view of country site. Good staffs
Good breakfast, good swimming pool, beautiful view of the valley of Italy country site.
One of the best hotel in country site of Italy.
A wonderfull hotel, service and location!!
Thank you Sabrina, Tomazo, Fausto and others♥️💚
Welcoming staff and we'll located resort with good options for resting and eating. Near restaurants and historical places.
Not quite what I expected. A lot more modern than Tuscan but you can't fault the views . The swimming pool area looks out over Tuscan fields and is tranquil and you could quite effortlessly spend a day at the pool reading a book. This is a family resort and caters specifically for families with children. The room we had was split level which was different and cosy. There were also many bikers and they...

A nice hotel just out of the medieval town , it had a great bed and parking for a motorbike but was owned by a family who owned quite a bit of the properties in the medieval town ,is that a good thing ?
Great location for Tuscan travel on the ss22 road .
Super cosy hotel. We stayed here only 1 night but wished we stayed more. We got upgraded for a bigger room. We were greeted with tea and coffee and the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of things. The breakfast is served in a different building. You have to cross the town, which is a great opportunity for you to see it as well.
What a find! This is a lovely place. San Quirico d'Orcia is a tiny medieval town, and this hotel has created a collection of stay options in the different buildings it has renovated around the town. It truly feels like a unique experience. The restaurant is excellent. The staff run a tight ship, and make sure you are at home there. The room was very comfortable, nice bathroom, very clean. We only stayed...
Had a one night stay in Bologna and was surprised by the great quality of this hotel.
The only negative was the defective or badly installed water pump of our room's AC unit kicking pretty loudly at night.
In summary I can highly recommend a stay.
Modernist art , gallery like decor. Very modern and comfortable room. Great welcome. Associated trattoria vecchio forno is excellent for both dinner and breakfast.
What a pleasant surprise!!! This place was part of our trip to Tuscany. We decided to check in places by feeling and without pre organize anything. It's been a beautiful week trip by car.
This tiny luxury hotel is strategically located in San Quirico d'Orcia, in the middle of one of the most beautiful area in Italy and along the famous Francigena Road (check it on Google if you don't know what is)...

Beautiful gardens and a fun, spacious room. really friendly staff and amazing location.
The staff were amazing, so welcoming. The hotel was in a great location. No complaints!
Lovely generous sized room, and bathroom . Gorgeous comfy beds and pillows. A Light room, airy and a bit quirky too. The hotel gardens are delightful and breakfast was super. We were also able to store our bicycles safely nearby. Central easy location for everything. The staff were very attentive and professional. This company seem to have the monopoly on accommodation in this town so just as well...
Oh, yes.
My absolutely favourite "hotel" room so far- dreamy Peonia, the rooftop suite in the heart of the town, was the cherry on top of my magical 24-hours in San Quirico. VERY comfortable bed, flawless design, modern and comfortable bathroom, warm (it gets very cold in the winter), view over the valley, privacy, yet right across the street from the all the best nooks. Useful tea kitchen downstairs...
Charming hotel, lovely garden and pool, friendly staff, wonderful spa…the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are no views and we felt that was misleading based on the photos from the website. The on-site restaurant was amazing for dinner. Ciao!
I had the most perfect stay at Palazzo del Capitano! The hotel is truly a gem, you walk in and you are transported into a fairy tale. The staff is outstanding and Lorenzo makes you feel so welcomed and at home. The hotel is family owned and the owners are so lovely and their love truly shines around the property. The rooms are a dream, so clean, very curated. The view from our room looked like a painting...

Location was great, the facilities were impecable, the staff was very friendly and the food was divine
It provides a very unique medieval experience. The staff is attentive. The family's idea of renovating this village and building hotels is quite interesting, it's well worth seeing, but after a day or two, there's not much to do.
Unfortunately, this accommodation charges 20 euros per night for the dog, which is totally overkill for a small dog. A one-time final cleaning of 20 euros would be completely sufficient. Better a little fewer frills, but reasonable prices for rooms and pets.
It was not bad at all, but as they presented themselves I expected a bit more. We were waiting 15 minutes for someone come to check-in. Room was nicely decorated and maintained but bathroom was rather small. Breakfast was disappointing. Located in another building, it was cold inside and you had to choose between sweet or savoury platter and you could not combine it.
Very nice location and in a strategic area to visit the Val d'Orcia. It is part of a high-level widespread hotel and therefore provides additional benefits. Very spacious room, bathroom could be nicer but still decent. I read that other rooms had a small terrace with a view, we only had windows being on the first floor.
Very varied and abundant breakfast in their high standard restaurant, located very...
We stayed in one of the many satellite structures ... very spacious rooms but absolutely invaded by mosquitoes and no air conditioning. It is advisable to at least put mosquito nets on the windows so as to open the windows in the evening and not to spend the night hunting mosquitoes

nice and quiet location in the beautiful little city. the city centre is just a short walk away. the room is big and has a very comfortable bed. free parking lots in the yard available
Nice historical property, with modern cooling system and facilities.
Wonderful residence filled with kindness an lovely people.
The Host was super friendly and provided us always promptly with good information about trip possibilities, food and all we asked for.
The room was spacious and clean and decently equipped with everything we needed.
The pool area was also clean and had enough free space to enjoy the sun.
All in all we had a beautiful time and will surely...
We were guests a few weeks ago ...
Our room was delightful, meticulously detailed and very clean. The external part boasts a relaxing swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and an area with tables under a large gazebo. It is immersed in tranquility, but very convenient to the town center. An added value is definitely the staff. Special thanks to Kelly who greeted us with great kindness...
We were a party of seven plus baby. We all had a fabulous time and loved the accomodation and the location. The staff are all lovely and very kind. We all hope to return soon.
Really couldn't recommend it any higher!
Sarna Residence was, and is, one of the nicest place that i’ve ever been. Our room was one of the bigger ones, in the second floor at the end of a hallway. There was two rooms, full of nice little details that just make your stay so much more comfortable. The place doesn’t have a breakfast, but there’s a handy little kitchen, that is hidden in a closet in the first room. And by the near store you can...

Really nice hotel, with clean, spacious rooms and equipped with a minibar. Very kind staff both at the reception and in the dining room. Excellent breakfast, with a variety of sweet and savory choices (the pancakes are delicious). Dinner, with a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills, offers both a fixed menu (from appetizer to dessert) and an à la carte menu at a great price and with quality dishes...
Very good hotel with a great location and wonderful view over the Tuscany landscape. Clean room, professional staff, lovely pool and breafast served at the terrace with a beautiful view over the landscape. Unfortunately the restaurant can't be recommended. Dinner was served indoors without any view over the landscape. The most popular wines on the wine list were not available. The cheesecake served...
Good stay. Staff was helpful and room was spacious wi th nice view of pool. Bike storage was great option as well
Beautiful location and friendly check in staff. For the price, clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small but again for the price and location understandable. Free breakfast was good but lack options / staffing. Overall - solid place for the rating and money.
Spent one night in a triple occupancy room. Check in was speedy and hotel staff very nice. Nice terrace area and super lovely pool with nice views of surrounding landscape. Liked that you could order coffee, drinks, or ice cream at the pool area. Breakfast was surprisingly robust and offered a nice variety of options. The room itself was basic and perhaps slightly outdated but I already knew that based...
Hotel is located at beautiful landscape. Room is clean and nice view from the window. Dinner at the restaurant is a bit disappointed. Not as good as outside restaurant.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was verry nice and helpful! We had a great view from our room!
We (2 couples) stayed here for 4 nights late September. We loved it. No, the rooms aren't luxury or big and our shower pressure was low, but they were clean, quiet and comfortable. The food was surprisingly good, better than most of the town restaurants. The staff were delightful, I'll call out Veronica (so sweet) and the waiters. Great place to tour from, we saw so much, one of the best accommodations...
Kind personnel, good breakfast and free parking. Room was clean, but the shower tube was broken and it was dangerous because the metal that was detached from the shower head was very sharp. Anyway, we reported it to the reception. The view from the balcony is beautiful, but no privacy in between balconies because everything is visible.
The last but not least, carbonara was fantastic!
Really nice hotel! The host Tony went out of his way at every opportunity to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay!
Very nice hotel and very friendly staff especially Tony ( shaheen) so nice and accommodation
Great view from room! Better than other 4star hotels. Nice service. Nice rooms.

Great overnight stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a truly strategic position. Gorgeous room with antiques
Perfect Italian dinner, simple but tasteful. Warm and welcoming host. Authentic atmosphere.
A place with flavors of the past. Perfect location, parking under the bedroom window despite being in the center. The owner available and attentive to customer needs. The only flaw in terms of comfort, the floor shower, to which we are no longer used, but in the context, it could not be otherwise. To return during the Christmas markets.
It has everything you need. Not much else

Stayed here in Nov ‘19 for about $75 euro per night. Good location near the city gate but I would have rather stayed within the walls themselves. All the hotels inside the walls though were 140 euro and up, so this was a nice compromise. 70-80s era construction with little charm, but a clean cheap place to stay. Beds were not great, but that’s true in much of Italy. Overall it represented a...
Friendly staff, clean room and great location at the base of the old city...within walking distance. There’s also a very clean laundromat within walking distance as well.
Big room, free parking space and nice staff. Unfortunately the rooms are quite old and especially the bathroom needs renovation!
Cheaper than other options and conditions were good !
Good prices in low seasons. The hotel is nice, it is a great view of tuscany landsin the reception. It is very near bus station "Autostazione".

We loved our stay here. Especially the interior, cleanness, and tranquility.
Friendly and professional staff.
If you are traveling with kids there is a small playground.
It is located close to Montepulciano, Pienza, and Terme San Filippo. You can also have a picnic at a cheese farm Cugusi Silvana on your way to Pienza.
The road to the Borgo is very colorful in spring.
Great place for holidays if you value peace and quite. Very clean apartment, convenient garrage, nice pool and stunning surrounding area. I highly recommend this place for holidays!
Outstanding location, close to Montepulciano but still in the open countryside. Splendid apartments with all the amenities and extremely nice owners. Bring a swimsuit and a jacket for the night.
Perfection!
I’ve been travelling a lot in my life, but it has been years back that I felt that well and welcoming in a place outside home.
The owners are lovely and would do everything possible for you to improve the quality of your stay.
The complex consists of 9 apartments - each one specially decorated. There also is a pool & chilling area.
The situation is very calm - but only around a 10’ drive...
Beautiful view super fine appartment, and very nice and helpful people
New and very comfortable and quiet. Pool is not heated (brrr!) and their laundry needs a better clothes dryer, but the beds are comfortable and the hosts very attentive and helpful. Recommended.

A very traditional Tuscan hotel. Although it may be very different from domestic hotels, it is a very well-maintained hotel with local characteristics and rich cultural heritage. Don't read the bad reviews, such as there is no TV in the 21st century and a bunch of fat tourists confused by consumerism. The hotel is very attentive, the interior is spotless, and it respects tourists from all over the...
I stayed at the beginning of November at this hotel and had 2 superior rooms with a balcony. The rooms were very large, clean, with some view from the balcony and modern bathrooms. At the reception there was a very kind lady who gave us a lot of useful information about the area. Also in the evening there was a gentleman who helped us with recommendations. Secure parking with enough places. The...
The hotel is in a beautiful location. The hotel is off the highway (SP146) between Montepulciano and Sant'Albino. A car is absolutely necessary to visit the hotel. The road off the highway up to the hotel can be easy to miss (be careful, the turn off is on a curve in the road and at an intersection). But once you drive the rough little road up to the hotel you won't be disappointed. The location provides...
Spectacular place!
Certain members of staff a little bit reluctant, but rather funny than annoying.
Great location, especially if your goal is to discover Tuscany by car.
Beautiful place!
We had a 4 night stay at Hotel Panoramic, it was a last minute booking due to a change in our travel plans. We paid £300 for the stay. We were a little concerned by the reviews and the responses given to any criticism, constructive or not, that the reviews contained.
We were pleasantly surprised!
The hotel is on a very small access road and a car is needed but to be honest, I can’t see many people...
Unexpected, but it was one of my favorite place in Italy. You would never be able to have such a heart-warming experience at this price. Montepulciano is definitely my favorite town in Italy, and Hotel Panoramic was a perfect place to stay in this town. Amazing view and breakfast, extremely kind and helpful staff. Will visit again soon.

Very nice hotel, surrounded by green hills, with a fantastic spa and confortable rooms. In less than 20 minutes from this hotel you can reach the splendid Val D'orcia and experience Tuscany at its best!
Everything about the hotel is excellent except for the staff. A gorgeous pool, terrific restaurants, immaculate hotel, but the service was just not up to par; it was often impossible to find anyone to help us find anything. I would stay here again if the service was better.

Beautiful terrace, top notch service, large well appointed rooms and a world class spa. We loved this place so much, we extended our stay
The room was decent and the spa was really nice. It made a good central point to explore the Tuscan country side. Our room was a bit of a walk to the spa and restaurant. The WiFi is also only available in the lobby not the rooms.
