The interior is exquisitely beautiful and tranquil. Surrounded by residential houses, it's quiet and safe at night. The bed and tatami mats are very comfortable. Toiletries and toiletries are provided at check-in and are self-service. Although it's a wooden structure, it doesn't feel dilapidated; the interior is very clean. The only inconvenience is that the accommodation is a bit far from the check-in area and the train station. While there's a free shuttle service on check-in, you have to walk a distance to the station every day afterward, which can be a little tiring, especially when leaving with luggage. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay in a Japanese-style room again next time I'm in Japan!

wonderful location; beautiful place with lots of space

Stayed here for 6 nights and was greeted nicely and given our keys. The room is very big and spacious, with our own kettle, stove, fridge, and large bathroom (with a TV in the shower and a stool). We have to get our own towels though one day we did get a refill in our basket. The one complaint would be that since we were there in August and it was really hot, that the air conditioning could've been stronger given how big the room was. Otherwise very pleasant stay, close to the station, and easy process to check in and out.

Very clean and tidy, the style of the town is modern, and it’s rare to live in such a fascinating place.

Diligently. Authentic. Equipped. Purely. But the beams are rather low, like many things in Japan. People above 170 - either a helmet, or a strong skull and nerves.
