Facilities: Very complete, has everything you need.
Hygiene: Very clean, with the option to just have towels changed daily.
Service: Luggage storage available.
Environment: Very close to Kyoto Station. Everything was good apart from the room being a bit small.

Very convenient location. Underpass to Porta / Kyoto station is at door step and there is a cafe (ogawa coffee) and soba restaurant at level 1 of the same building. Room a bit small but can open suitcase if you shift the furniture a little

I really enjoyed by stay here. It's in a convenient location right next to kyoto station. Room is sufficient for solo travellers! Amenities were also provided. There was also a laundry area with vending machines for drinks. Overall, I had a really good stay here and I felt really safe here as a solo female traveller.

Located right opposite Kyoto Station, it's just a 10-minute walk from the station exit, right under Kyoto Tower. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The service staff are very friendly, and there's free hot tea, hot water, toothbrushes, and other amenities available for self-service.

Excellent! Highly recommend to everyone. The location is superb, with plenty of great food options nearby. It's very walkable and great for exploring.

The location is fantastic, right across the street from Kyoto Station, which also houses the Kyoto Bus Terminal. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're taking the subway, JR, or a bus. The staff were professional, and the room was meticulously cleaned every day. I stayed for ten nights in total, and my overall experience was excellent!

The room itself wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped and pretty quiet. However, my window was on the side and covered with opaque paper. Looking at the floor plan, it seemed like two rooms might have windows facing each other, so they probably covered them to avoid any awkwardness. Plus, the window was really hard to open, so it basically felt like a windowless room. The location was great though, right opposite Kyoto Station.

Right above JR Kyoto with access to local and intercity trains. Clean, courteous staff and spacious rooms. I can see the JR train station from my window, but the room is exceptionally queit.

I use it often when I'm on a business trip to Kyoto. I like this restaurant because it has a high ceiling, it is spacious and very luxurious. It was very nice to see young families with small children, it was a nice hotel and the food was delicious. Tokizoya's Hokkaido foodies were served hot and delicious food. First of all, you can see that the hall staff has a very good behavior, attention and service spirit. After all, the access is too good (^^)

Nice hotel situated right in the train station. Very good place to see the city or go on daytrips to other cities. Room was quite large by Japanese standards and breakfast was lovely (Western & Japanese food). Service was great and very polite.
