Polite, friendly staff, the room is clean, there is enough space and everything you need. If there was a second chair, an iron and ironing room, and a microwave not right at the entrance to the hotel, it would be perfect.

Super duper love this hotel! There’s free flow sake till 9pm daily. We stayed there for 6 nights and enjoyed sake almost every night. The room was really clean. However, the front desk system was quite confusing. It seemed self-service but wasn't, and sometimes there was only one person at the front desk or no one at all, which made the service quite inefficient.
