Hotel Crown Palais

I stayed for the first time. It is a plan with Michinoku set and breakfast.

The front desk staff and other staff members were all very nice.
The hotel situation was clean and very clean.
The room was small with a dawn bed, but there was no problem for me.
However, I couldn't open the window because it was locked to prevent it from falling. There was a feeling of oppression because the air conditioner was switched to heating. It's the time of the corona, and I thought it would be nice if we could devise a way to open it freely. When I called the front desk, I was told that the window would open, but I thought it would be nice if there was a brief explanation at check-in. It's the corona time, and I wonder if the air can be replaced soon ...
