Resting for the moment. Amazing!!!!! the room is great, very comfortable! Warmly ! The staff is very friendly! They are constantly wondering if you need anything and how to relax. The area is very well maintained. Rest for those who want to enjoy solitude and silence.

Stylish, clean, comfortable large rooms. Very friendly hosts. The lake is nearby. There is a playground. Mini bar. Small cons: no choice in food, no shower gel / shampoo, toothbrushes. The beach is not the cleanest. If there was a pool, it would be great.

Nice stay, but there are tons of BUTs: 1. Rooms are not cleaned. It's strange, we stayed for 5 days, at least once during the entire time there should be a cleaning or cleaning products in the rooms. The shower was dirty, I found hair in the sink, disgusting. 2. The beds are not made! 3. Breakfast, several times they said that I do not like milk - they brought porridge again and again. The cottages are certainly chic , they have everything you need for your stay,it is very convenient. But the beach is disgusting...the first time I saw it-To such a dirty and rocky shore...even if prevention and cleaning carried out that is...there just more than a foot!

The hotel is located in the village of Chok-Tal in a very convenient location.Good guarded territory,children's and sports playgrounds.Beach,Internet ,Bicycle rental,restaurant.stores.But the beach is rocky,sand is large,the beach is sometimes dirty,mosquitoes(I needed).The staff is polite.A quiet family vacation or your company.

Well rested, the weather was wonderful! The beach is not far away and clean. The only drawback is near the shore the bottom is rocky.

Great cozy apartment! Close to the beach, inside there is everything for a comfortable stay. There are many entertainments in Karven itself. We really enjoyed! Now we will come to rest in Karven only in this apartment 😍.

We rested with the Family in a cottage, clean, tidy, comfortable. But .. There is only one bathroom.

hotel is clean and only 15 min to ISSYK LUK, room is clean. breadfast and dinner are not good. swimming pool is not open until summer time

Service, staff, food and area was excellent. Furnitures inside the premises were little older. Overall is good.

It's off-season, no one is staying here, the room is not as good as the Home Inn in China, the mattress is sunken

It is a great place with a very green and nice territory. Lots of flowers and fur trees fuse in a smell that makes you feel happy. The resort has a playground for children, two swimming pools, several restaurants. A good choice for summer vacation.

Absolutely amazing views of the moonlit sky over the Issykul lake from their panoramic yurts. Kid friendly with a number of water activities for adults as well. I think their breakfast definitely has space for improvement.

Overall a nice place. There are some shortcomings, but a lot can be solved. The staff is friendly and tries to help with everything. There was no water or tea in the yurt - they brought it upon request. But they apparently don’t clean up after previous guests very well. Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.

Very good location: lake is amazing, sandy beach and blue clean water. But the hotel has very poor service and comfort.

Room service was terrible, cleaning at 06:00 am which made sleeping impossible. Staff was very rude and not servile. Premises at Korpus 1 awful! Location, pools and the park were the most pleasant part of my stay. Food was awful, no knives provided. No supermarkets near by. Insect repeallents are must! Beach is very nice and clean.

I just visited for 2 hours. A very relaxing spa. It has both an indoor pool and an outdoor spa. Try dipping in an ice-cold pool and hot spa together.

We rested in this wonderful boarding house in building 1 with 301 rooms. We were extremely pleased! The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The maids took a responsible approach to their duties and performed them perfectly! Special thanks to the canteen workers. We came here for the third time, but unfortunately this time the service and food quality worsened. Place is good, but hotel is a bit overpriced for the service and food.

Good beach but the houses did not have air condition

All good plus corn flour breads and pancakes for those with gluten intolerance! More than one can expect in Kyrgyzstan.

Ok for a stay, but not too great. Ever slept on a construction site? Here you can. Half of the hotel is still unfinished, and the finished parts can be a bit unfunctional. The shower floods itself, the kitchen is messy, and the room was not cleaned very well. The view is nice, but you got to walk 20-30 minutes to reach the beach, and take a taxi to Cholponata. Luckily, the staff was always helpful...

We arrived for the first time and immediately felt a good atmosphere), very bright, clean ... they are cleaned conscientiously, the staff is polite, what else is needed for a good mood and relaxation))).
