Nestled in the heart of nowhere, this restaurant surprises with its serene ambiance and well-maintained surroundings. While it has its merits, there's room for growth.
The restaurant's terrace, overlooking a lake, is a highlight. It's the perfect spot to savor a meal, especially during sunset. The food itself—though tasty—comes with a caveat: the waiting time. Even simple orders like drinks and ice cream seem to take an eternity.
Customer service also needs attention. The staff seemed scarce, and no one bothered to check on us. We practically had to play hide-and-seek with the waitress to request extras. A little more attentiveness would go a long way.
In summary, this hidden gem has potential. Addressing service efficiency and reducing wait times would elevate the overall experience.

Other than the food, everything else was nice and cozy!

High-class service and decorations. Very nice food. Beautiful view and landscape. Stayed for daytime only but surely place to come back again to spend a few days.

Please note that there are two places with the same name. The hotel that is actually located in Silene village is also called “Silene Resort & Spa”, it also adds a name “Egle resort”. But it has NOTHING of the place you find at the original resort, there is no spa, no restaurant and no immediate access to the lake.
The owners are using the name of Silene Resort and Spa to attract customers but fail to provide details of the place. The customer service was a disaster. No explanation of anything, if you want dinner - you have to drive 15 min, if you want breakfast, the same. The beds at Elge villa were very old. Although the reception boasts 24\7 opening, there was no one at 18:20, even the phone was not working and it was not possible to check in. Also no fridge in the room, no coffee/tea.
The worst - staff. Did not even apologise for the mess.
If you are actually staying at villas in the resort, note that the spa is not included in the price and you will have to pay everything as extra, even a parking.
So definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.

We staid in Silver Villa - they charge 500€ per night.
We suspected that there is rat in the kitchen upon our arrival as coffee beans was eaten. Reported to the receptionist and they responded that not possible. Next morning I found dead rat in the kitchen cupboard.
Villa is spacious but not clean and needs repairing as jacuzzi was not working at all. The bath was not cleaned enough after previously guests. As oil stains was on the bath walls.
I got 30% refund but it ruined our stay any way.
The restaurant serve good food, but the cat was sitting to me on the chair my table.

We loved our stay here so much!! We booked the spa + massage and it was really nice ❤️ the cabin we stayed in and the breakfast were also just perfect!

Wild nature, forest, lake, animals, fishing, mushroom's this all is atmosphere around spa centr. Restaurant are very high standard, but service was very slowly and not qualified.
