Hotel is only 3 star. Beds are unfit for purpose, clapped out. Restaurant food is canteen style…..at best. Staff are miserable and rude to English guests, I think they enjoyed being unfriendly.

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. Even on the way to the hotel, when I called, they couldn’t find my booking and offered no help. I suggested forwarding the confirmation email — they agreed, but no one got back to me for half an hour. Only after my second call did they say the booking had been found. Why no one called back remains unclear. Upon arrival, there was no apology for the delay in providing the room. Two of our friends were given a late checkout until 12:30, but I — alone with children — was not. In the evening, I asked to extend checkout by just half an hour, but was told to come back the next morning after breakfast. Such communication is very inconvenient. I am the one wasting my time now. The children’s arcade machines were not working, and the reception simply told us to call the number written on the machines. For the children to call?! Breakfast food was of poor quality.

When I visiting this apartment( 30.12.2024-02.01.2025) I was very upset. I booked a deluxe room( 460€/per nigth) (room 501) with my children (children are 17 years old, 5 years old and 2 years old). We went into the room, it was cold, I went down to the reception and they gave me a fan to warm me up, and later they brought another one. We slept all night with two fans that made such a terrible noise and this fan was not designed for long-term heating of the air. For a luxury room without heating, I was offered a 10% discount, but I don’t think this is correct. I paid 460 € for 1 night in a luxury room, but a room without heating costs half as much!!! The next morning we all woke up in a terrible mood, we all had headaches from the noise of the fan and our skin was very tight.I went to the reception again and they gave me an oil heater.If I had known that such an attitude would be towards me and my loved ones, I would never have chosen your apartment! Despite the fact that we were still at the New Year's holiday!!! I will definitely write about this situation about your apartments in the reviews. This was the worst choice for New Year's holiday.
