An ably managed resort island, with a good overall customer offering and very good scuba diving opportunities.

#1: You're in for a 2-3hr flight from Malé plus a 40min boat transfer to almost the southernmost tip of the Maldives archipelago.
#2: peace and serenity.
#3: capable, friendly and diligent staff.
#4: Good food, diving school, spa and pools.
#5: No getting around it: expensive... and them some. But you knew that.

My husband and I stayed at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa from November 22–26 in one of the Beach Villas, and it was truly a memorable experience.

The Beach Villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and very private. The facilities throughout the resort are extremely well maintained, and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere — from the landscaping to the room amenities. It’s the perfect place to fully relax and disconnect.

A very special thank you to Deden (Ex Sous Chef), who kindly prepared some comfort dishes for us that weren’t even on the menu. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and made our stay feel incredibly personal.

We are also very grateful to Chef Avanish for the wonderful meals, and to the lovely and attentive waiter Sumeli, who always served us with a warm smile. Dining was truly one of the highlights of our stay.

And of course, special thanks to our butler Abby, who was attentive, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish.

The service at this resort is exceptional — warm, genuine, and heartfelt. We left feeling completely relaxed and well cared for. We would absolutely love to return one day.

I highly recommend the Park Hyatt resort in Maldives if you love snorkeling. We stayed here for a week in villa 50, which was handy as the public access to the waters is nearby as well and we find those staircases easier to get back on land with than the ones directly from our villa. The room is spacious and clean. The service here is personable and the quality of the food is consistently high. Our kids 12 and 8yo have loved the stay and we all had a great time. They have a marine center where their friendly and knowledgeable Marine Biologists hold educational sessions for both adults and children. If we were not in the waters, relaxing or eating/ drinking, we were often found at this center chatting to them or attending an educational session. They are passionate about the marine life and we would bring our photos of turtles and marine life to show them so that they can help us identify them as well. Our kids loved the complimentary mocktail making session where they were able to make their own mocktails, as well as the ice cream tasting activity where they got to try different flavours of ice cream and guess which flavours they were. The workers are friendly on this island and they are proud of the fact that it's a living island. Every evening, there are sharks that can be seen from the arrival jetty. We didn't get to see dolphins during our stay but apparently they will drop by sometimes. We saw sharks, turtles, jelly fish, puffer fish, anemone fish along with eels and squids to name a few. I hope the resort will continue to look after it's reefs and biodiversity - it is what makes it so unique!

This remains one of the best redemption options in the World of Hyatt program. It was great as a couple on our first visit, but the recent shift to focus on families and welcome Kids has made this resort a repeat destination for our family. Highly recommend the all inclusive option!

I have been to 9 Maldivian Islands since 2011 and this one put simply is the best. The staff are incredible, the service is exceptional, the house reef is beautiful and the pace of life is exquisite. I cannot recommend this island highly enough.

We had the most incredible holiday at Park Hyatt Hadahaa, without a doubt the best place we have ever been. From the moment we arrived, the service was unbelievably warm and personalised which really made a huge impact on our stay. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff who made our trip so special, especially Abby and Lemon for being such wonderful hosts, and Avnish, Krishna, and Davide in the restaurants for their amazing attention to detail and checking in on us to ensure we were enjoying the food and atmosphere. This trip was extra meaningful as we celebrated my birthday whilst away, and the team truly went above and beyond. The floating sundowner drinks were absolutely magical and very well executed, alongside the decorations in the room and the spa treatment was hands down the best I have ever experienced, highly recommend the scalp massage! Linda was so attentive and all the spa staff, including the yoga teacher were brilliant! Every single member of the waiting staff was fantastic too, their impeccable service shone from start to finish — Surya, Suneli, Saeed, Murya, Daryl, Solah, and Mully — thank you all for your kindness and service throughout our stay. One of the main highlights was the Turtle Quest excursion, which was simply amazing and a bucket list moment. Our guide Vivi was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, a real asset to the team. We also loved how much there was to do around the island, there was so many activities and always something to do! The natural beauty of the island is so well preserved and there are so many conservation efforts to keep the coral and atol in perfect condition. This place is truly something special, an absolute paradise: 100/10 experience. We are already planning our return next year!

Spent 4 days here for our baby moon. We wanted something special, remote but still luxurious. Park Hyatt definitely delivered! The rooms were fantastic and spotlessly clean, service was also great from the time we were picked up from
International arrivals and dropped off at our departure gate. What made service extra special was the fact that every staff member we spoke with was so proud of the property and the service they provided. They truly went above and beyond for us.

Special shoutout to our host (Eden), our maternity shoot photographer (Shamran - LOVE THE PHOTOS), our stargazing guide (Robin), Eski, Speedy, the front desk and guest reservations team! All of you made our trip so very special and we are so grateful.

In terms of the property, it’s pretty amazing getting to swim with dolphins and black tip sharks, and to wake up with a reef right at your villa! Just fyi, the property is a distance away from Male (propeller plane approx 1 hour + speedboat transfer approx 20 min) so might want to budget this into the vacation planning. We left everything to the reservations team so our transfers went very smoothly!

Best place for your honeymoon, so quintessentially maldivian a true piece of paradise on earth. the service, the food (the Italian Executive Chef is incredible) , the beach with the coral reef and the location is what makes this hotel a true memorable experience.
