Coral Hotel and Spa

This is not really a proper hotel. It has rooms to rent but it can hardly count as a hotel. And the price is ridicolous for the room standard and service (not existing service)... Dirty room, no soap, no toiletpaper provided. This hotel may looks like fancy from outside. However, this is so far the worst hotel I ve stayed in this city. Rooms and bath room looks terrible. Nothing in the minibar. The front desk staff doesnt care about the guests. I do not recommend this place for a comfortable stay

Every furniture and fixture in the place is either old or/and broken. The shower is broken, taps are broken, TV is broken, cupboard is broken, the light in the room flickers. Probably the only thing working was the AC.
When I asked for additional bedsheet, I was told that it is not available, but later provided one after charging me $10 FOR A BEDSHEET.
Rooms are not cleaned properly, even the linen looks used and dirty. Bathroom was dirty and smelly. Hot water had a rusty color. Taps did not close properly.
A couple of bangladeshi's run the place and are extremely arrogant, with know knowledge of customer service. They barely understand English, let alone speaking in English. When asked for an extra bed, they initially made a "yes" gesture, but later told me that it is not available.
There is no drinking water, no phone, no cable TV, no coffee/tea maker, no bathrobe, no soap, no safe, no WiFi. Only one towel was provided for a family of 3. All these were advertised but non-existent. The hotel makes all these false claims in booking websites.
This hotel should be banned from all booking websites, for making false claims that it absolutely does not fulfill.

Very awful! No wifi, room is very small and smell terrible, the fridge is broken, the light is dark. I had a terrible night there
