We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was a generous size with a big balcony that made it easy to relax. The décor is on the simpler side, but everything felt clean and comfortable.
The standout feature is definitely the pool area - it feels super luxurious. I also had a massage at the spa, which was good and worth booking.

We spent last week-end there - family of 10, we booked 3 rooms.
The rooms were very spacious, I like the 2 room concept with the large terrace.
Stay was Perfect: warm welcome, staff very helpful & polite, clean/well maintained inside pool & jacuzzi; our favourite spot was the external pool side - with water at body temperature…
Dinner and lunch were very good with much variety(lalo-crevettes my favourite),
Overall, Excellent Stay - will surely come back.
To note, its not a beach hotel - however there is a free transfer to the Mon Choisy beach which is 5-10mins from hotel.
The rooms were very spacious, I like the 2 room concept with the large terrace.

What a lovely 7 days we had, from super comfy accommodation to the food, super pool and overall a great relaxing holiday, staff were friendly and plenty to eat! thank you so much

I stayed at Domaine de Grand Baie for the 2nd time the past weekend. The location is always ideal as it is close to La croisette and the different facilities. The common areas and the room were very clean. We had asked for rooms with Garden view but we got view on some construction site which was not very nice, since we stayed 1 night we did not bother much. In the toilet there was a smell of cigarette as if someone had smoke previously which was quite annoying. The service was ok, the only thing is that they promise you that if you make full payment you are eligible for a late check out but this is not the case as they will tell you it depends on availabiltiy and it is already fully book. I would suggest not advertising this as it gives hope for nothing. In terms of value for money I would say its fair, however last time compared to this time there is an incrrease of about Rs 500 for a room rate on BB. The breakfast was decent all the essentials were here although the quality was not there. The lady at the egg station on Sunday morning was very much not welcoming and should learn some basic customer service as she looked annoyed at every order. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to stay for a getaway in the north, its ideal.

Well well lets say we have an average stay at Domain de g.baie. The place was well located the staff was great.
But i will have to mention the bad side of the hotel so that the management can take consideration for a changement that is very important for the Domain.
1/ ROOM: was big and air conditioning that a good point.
Disappointed with all the pillow case from the sofa to the room every single pillow case need to be clean and wash every pilow and decoration fabric is smelling and had change in color to dirty gray that's a very not hygiene. Will not mention too much but some disgusting liquid on the bedsheet. Even the towel smell bad.
2/ The RESTAURANT you need to improve all the menu its very not tasty no variety no good food everyday its just pasta curry rice lambs and most important u should never keep "beef and pork" together on the same table side by side its not appropriate for Muslim. The breakfast till dinner nothing is worth for the money and also u need to customized your drink if its a HALF BOARD some drink need to be included even water when u having dinner is payable not fair.
3/ The most IMPORTANT things is the hotel is not on the beach don't have a boat house so the things that need to change is they need to have a KIDS CLUB and some activities for families that is very important and please don't make it payable also cause kids club is free mostly in all hotels.
4/ Outdoor POOL needs to have a very good filtration and hygiene process as i was swimming a try a diving mask the 1st things i saw was a CIGARETTE 🚬 secound a lots of dirts so need to see that very important.
5/ The SAUNA sorry to say but u need to see with your technicien there's a problem with electricity cause water goes near the oven and we go in wet it can be very dangerous this oven need to be a little bit off ground this is not the best way to install it. I will not say too much on this but i did have a misadventures on my stay but staff has change the topic into a jokes lets not mention it cause this not their work they are not technicien.
I would really love to come back again but all this need to refresh cause the hotel itself very beautiful if they update all these things. Thanks and hope this comment reach a change in your DOMAINE.

Service overall was very friendly and accommodating. Location is fine, but you're a proper 2-5km walk/shuttle away from any beaches. Rooms are good and air-conditioning worked well. Towel replacement was somewhat confusing each day though. One thing that needs serious improvement, is the breakfast - not great quality and the coffee machines are out of order permanently. Drinks and food at the hotel are very expensive.

A good hotel with overall a nice ambience. However the cleanliness requires a lot of work. The room had ants roaming all over the kitchenette. However, all this seems minor when one sees the very murky pool (especially when seen at night once the pool lights are switched on). The practice where the hotel seemed to have no objection with parents taking their infants inside the pool (diapers and all..... Yuck). That really put us off !!! What a sad state of affairs ! The shuttle bus was excellant though the breakast menu was repetitive and ther was little variety between one day to another. Overall average.

A memorable stay at this beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, up to date facilities, the most beautiful things about this property is the Staff. I went to Domaine de Grand Baie this weekend and booked a studio room on half board basis for 2. Here's how I would describe it: Studio Room: Deluxe comfort + VERY Clean (10/10) + VERY spacious for a studio with a shared balcony. Best feature of the hotel (100/10 for me): Spa by Sothys with Indoor Hydropool, Sauna and Hammam included in all meal plans. Complete relaxation is guaranteed.😌 (Make sure to book in advance at the spa reception) There is a nice outdoor pool as well. Overall Atmosphere: Serene/ Peaceful/ Romantic 😌 Excellent Service Quality (9/10) very polite and professional staff, with special thanks to receptionist Tina, who attended all my requests promptly and Preety, from the spa team, who was so kind and helpful. Food: 8/ 10 😌(Medium-sized Dinner Buffet and Breakfast buffet) with spectrum of veggies, local fruits (as salad), ample options as main course and some fine delicacies as dessert (creme Brulée, cheesecake, sponge cake...). Also, different themed dinner buffet each day which is very interesting, especially for long stay guests. Also, the hotel provides different leisure plans/ trips each day e.g., visits at local food stalls (Lakaz Sandrine etc) + transfers to local beaches (since the hotel is located at the heart of Grand Baie), and many more, which is ideal for tourists. So definitely VALUE FOR MONEY, a pleasant experience at an affordable rate. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

We stayed in a one bedroom appartment. It was extremely clean and we were well equipped with a kitchen, dining room & even a washing machine. The staffs were friendly and food was also extremely delicious and healthy. Our special thanks goes to Yeshna who was a good host and organised a cake for our wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay!
