I’m currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and the beach and the pool are great. The food is pretty good, although the breakfast could use a bit of more variety. Also, the kids club staff are the best. My daughter loves it there.
In terms of improvement areas, the pool service is not great. We normally have to wait for a long time to be served and the waiters are not very friendly. Another area of improvement is the fact they don’t offer filtered tap water free of charge. We are on a half board plan, so we are spending quite a lot of money on water, which shouldn’t be the case in a 5stars hotel. Another point worth mentioning is that there are not enough umbrellas in the pool. Given the hotel is family oriented, that’s a big miss. Finally, the beach sunbeds need an upgrade. They are uncomfortable

My recent stay at Beachcomber Trou aux Biches Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every department exceeded our expectations, creating an experience that was both seamless and truly unforgettable.

A heartfelt thank you to the Housekeeping Department, especially Mrs Jaulim, who maintained our room to absolute perfection throughout our stay. Her meticulous attention to detail, warmth, and consistency never went unnoticed. Returning each day to such a beautifully prepared and thoughtfully arranged room was a genuine pleasure.

The Beach Service Team was outstanding. Special appreciation to Mr Rishi, Mr Deep, Mr Robert, Jocelyn, and Shezaad for their attentiveness and gracious approach. Always ready to assist with a smile, they ensured we were comfortable and completely relaxed while enjoying the stunning beach. Their professionalism and positive energy enhanced every moment by the ocean.

The F&B Team deserves the highest praise. A very special mention to Mr Ranjit, who truly stood out. His exceptional service, refined attentiveness, and genuine care transformed every meal into a memorable experience. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, reflecting the resort’s impeccable standards. Many thanks as well to Mr Barlen, Mr Manoj, and Mr Mohun for their excellent service and warm hospitality throughout our stay.

The Reservation Team, particularly Mr Vyash and Mrs Nishta, handled every detail seamlessly and professionally, making the booking process smooth and entirely stress-free.

Our sincere gratitude to our Host, Mr Vinesh, whose attentiveness and personalized approach made us feel truly valued and welcomed. A special mention also to Mr Ritesh, who ensured that our overall stay was nothing less than wonderful. His dedication, presence, and commitment to guest satisfaction were deeply appreciated and made a meaningful difference to our experience.

Dining was another highlight of our stay. Both Blue Ginger Restaurant and Mahiya (Indian Restaurant) delivered exceptional culinary experiences. The quality, presentation, and service were consistently outstanding, perfectly complementing the refined luxury of the resort.

Overall, our stay was simply remarkable. The warmth, professionalism, and commitment to excellence displayed across all departments are a true testament to the exceptional team and management. We leave with cherished memories and every intention of returning to this beautiful sanctuary.

We recently spent a two-day family vacation at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, and honestly, the experience was so perfect that it’s hard to put into words.

We were a large group of 18 people, and yet the resort managed everything flawlessly. From the moment we arrived, the personnel were exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

The setting itself is breathtaking, with lush garden views and a beachfront that offers some of the best sunset views on the island. The entire hotel is beautifully designed, blending luxury with a very relaxed, tropical feel.

The food quality was outstanding, with a variety that kept everyone in our large group happy.

One of the highlights for us was the layout of the rooms; having a separate, quieter pool in our specific section was a game-changer. It allowed us to enjoy some private family time away from the main hub while still being steps away from the action.

The beach and lagoon are world-class—crystal clear and perfect for swimming. Whether you were lounging in the gardens or down by the water, the attention to detail in every aspect of the resort was evident.

It was a flawless stay that exceeded all our expectations, making it a truly memorable getaway for the whole family.

A beautiful beach resort with several dining options and very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was located just next to the beach for easy access. The resort was like a botanical garden and the beach was clean, easily accessed and not too busy. We stayed in a refurbished 3 bedroom villa with pool which was stunning. We had a personal contact, Kamlesh, who helped us with restaurant reservations, taxis and snorkelling. The latter is offered free by the hotel. He even drove us to a local supermarket to get supplies which was very kind and much appreciated. We had the most amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.
