Trezzini Palace Hotel

+ It is located on the banks of the Neva River, with beautiful view of the river, about a 6-minute drive from St. Isaac's Cathedral. We had breakfast service in the room. The service was impeccable and the meals were plentiful. The extra bed was not a bed at first, but they changed it as soon as we requested. The shower in our room had problems, but they changed our room to one with a wonderful view. The staff was very helpful with our requests! It was perfect! This is the part that is worth highlighting: the entire team is to be congratulated for their professionalism and the hospitable way in which they work. Everything was handled with care and attention and we were truly delighted. Whoever hires and trains this team deserves to be congratulated. It was our first experience in Russia, with all the language difficulties and no internet access in the city, but the hotel staff were fantastic and we cannot thank them enough. We would certainly recommend it to anyone!

A very pleasant and comfortable place ... The feeling of home comfort in everything.

The hotel is an ART object, all in pictures, figurines.
Three-storey building, fully owned by the hotel. 10-15 minutes to the metro, next to the bus stop. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, the Pel Museum-Pharmacy (by the way, I advise you to visit), a market with food-crust (many different national cuisines and dishes - I recommend!).
On the ground floor there is a reception, a breakfast area (breakfast was ordered in the evening, + fruits and toasts were on the table).
The staircase, like the entire interior of the hotel, is decorated with paintings, objects of art, there are books for reading on the ground floor.
Our room was on the second floor, there is a fireplace, TV, double bed, mini-fridge, table and chair, coffee table and two armchairs, floor lamp, warm floor, in the closet (two safes), kettle, two cups, tea. It was my birthday and a bottle of champagne was brought to our room. In the bathroom: a bathtub, trouble, a sink on a wide window and a view of the Church (not very convenient - the curtain cannot be opened, maybe the second floor, and the feeling that people are walking nearby and can look in)))).
I didn’t like it · 1) When looking for a hotel, we saw that the room has a balcony (they saw it in the description), but it was not available ... apparently there is a balcony in another room.
2) Disposable Slippers were already worn, without packaging, in places yellow and torn ((((.
