During many years in the estate worked and rested prominent Russian artists I. E. Repin, V. I. Surikov, V. D. and E. D. Polenova, and A. V. M. Vasnetsov, M. A. Vrubel, I. I. Levitan, M. V. Some of the buildings on site is still not restored. Tour in the main house are more like zachetku articles from Wikipedia, the formal, dry and boring. In addition to a ticket to every home, we still have to buy a ticket entrance to the Park, that is a machine to visit any home for another + 50 RUB.
 Not bad

Interesting to learn about the lives of famous artists. It's beautiful - a large Park with walkways, charming cottages, beautiful view of the river. Got to the fair, many artists sell interesting stuff

For me this is the best estate in the Moscow region. Despite the large number of visitors, the territory allows you to retire...
1) In Central HOMESTEAD on weekends, the queue will have to wait a few hours for their turn.
2) High prices

quite different from a typical russian palacenor castle it has a more cosy atmosphere. The house itself is quite interesting where there are guided tours every hour . Outside, in the park, you can visit oher places in russian peasant's style. Very curious is the tyle bench made by the painter Vrubel.
