I spent a great pre-Christmas weekend at the Arosa Kulm Hotel enjoying perfect weather in Arosa, delicious food, spa, views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

An exceptional experience at a 5* hotel in front of the slopes

The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety. The staff has made our stay really pleasant, helping us from start (the weather was bad so the trains didn't go for a few hours), offering us transfer from the nearby city, also picked us up from the train station. They also checked up on us frequently during this situation with phone calls.
Additionally, all the restaurants have allergens listed, which, to a lactose intolerant person, is awesome. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was giving us recommendations and help with everything.
Location-wise, it's probably the best hotel I've stayed at. You got in front of the hotel the bus station, the ski lifts aaand, when you're coming back, there's a slope that ends right in front of the hotel, if you want to take a break or eat lunch for example.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Arosa. With my background of traveling this hotel is for sure not 5 stars. The rooms have nice views and are extremely clean, however the quality of the shower and bathroom could use an upgrade. When we checked in, it took way to long with a lot of confusion. I think the staff was new and just getting used to the system. When we got to the room our bags never came. We decided we would go for a walk and hopefully they would be there. They were not so we asked the front desk three times if they could bring our bags now as it was 18:00 and we checked in at 14:00. Turns out they put them in another room from the same group. Minor mistake however we didn't like asking three times. I would visit again this location as the breakfast was fantastic and the views from the hotel. It is quite expensive for what you get...but that's Switzerland :)

Wonderful hotel with great location right by the slopes! Most rooms have a great views of the hills and also the spa is wonderful with spectacular restaurants. I would say this is especially a perfect place for couples or families (dogs also Welcome)
