We stay in luxury room which is large and spacious. Bathroom has separate areas for toilet and shower. The room also has large sofa and separate sitting area. View from the room is great. Good value for the price we paid.
Breakfast selection is very minimum. However, I had bed experience from breakfast staff. Order did not served. I guessed the order went to the wrong table from my observation. So, need to re-ordered and the reaction from the staff seem to me like it was my mistake! Long wait and no apology.

Nice, clean rooms and lovely surroundings. Staff at the restaurant were also nice.
However, the overall service could definitely be improved. There is a room service menu in the room, but nobody answers the phone number or responds on the Line account. When trying their main phone number on google, we were hung up on (multiple times). Food itself is sadly mediocre at best as well. Will definitely try other hotels for our next Khao Yai trip.

Staff members were very helpful and polite. Room and facilities were excellent for the price and the views are spectacular. The only issue we had was the room service food 🥘 was average

No hot water. Absolutely ridiculous. Have never been in a hotel where there was no hot water after a certain time. Maybe they shut off their hot water reservoir after midnight? Unacceptable.

Lovely hotel resorted near the mountains. Very peaceful if you want to get close to the nature. Staffs are extremely helpful and hospitable. However there's nothing much in the surrounding areas.
