I really enjoyed my one night stay more than I expected to. It was a business trip and I only needed a place to stay the night at a reasonable price, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless.
Well, if you expect luxury and you plan on staying in, and for an extended period, I don’t think this is for you. But, it is a pretty decent hotel, at a very reasonable price.

Pros: friendly staff, very reasonable price, close to airport and train station, two bottles of water offered in the room, toiletry and towels provided. Room was tidy and beautiful. Beach adjacent.

Cons: my room was on the front if the hotel so the airport and train noise made difficult to sleep, but I think rooms deep in the hotel (especially with sea view) wouldn't have this problem. Also the rooms could use a bit more cleaning. It's Autumn, so flies outside (on tge terrace) were so annoying.

Overall, it's a decent hotel at a reasonable price, I'd recommend it for short stays if you don't seek luxury or sophistication.

Terrible experience, i had a 3 day stay last august and it was horrific, the hotel was very crowded,the food was awful and tasteless,no variety and it felt like i was in a hunger game , if you don't come at the right time you won't find food that you could actually eat and a chair to sit on , we booked a room for 4 adults and they gave us 2 beds and two couches and an non working AC at first ,but we demanded to switch rooms so they gave us the one that we should've had at first place. Definitely not a 4 star hotel , i don't recommend it at all , the staff was nice though and the beach was good

The place is good, but I rented an apartment facing the sea, but at the reception they sent me to an apartment far from the sea. I was refused when I asked to change the room. The food is not varied. You cannot even finish a meal.
Also, the treatment of foreigners is not like the treatment of Arabs, as there is no smile except for foreigners, even though the foreigner from northeastern Europe does not even have a day’s dinner.

Check-in at the hotel took quite a long time. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing, long queues in the dining room and not only that, you have to wait from 30 minutes to more than an hour. On the plus side, the warm and shallow sea is suitable for children. The staff needs to react better to situations with long queues.

Awful experience!!!
I had very bad experience during my short stay in this hotel. First of all, check in did not went smoothly. Literally at least 30 persons were waiting their turn to get their room. Staff at the reception didn’t know how to handle the situation and their task was not well organized despite that their 3 persons plus the cashier who was handling the payment.
Two ladies were there, Taqwa and other lady. Second Lady was very rude and when I requested politely to change the room for a small issue on the bathroom, she started yelling and took the speech in other level instead of trying to deescalate the situation and try to offer help.
Be careful, they will ask 30 Tunisian dinars as a penalty if you will lose your access card to the room.
