Very authentic hotel makes you feel the spirit of the city. The Breakfast area is very beautiful and their breakfast is good. Location is great, very close to Main Street and Balikligol lake. The manager Ibrahim is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the hotel for four nights with 3 kids and the room that we stayed in was nice and spacious. The bathroom has some issues that needs to be fixed, we told the manager about them and he offered to move us to another room in the upper floor but we preferred to stay on the ground room because of the kids. They have free car parking which is a plus.

An amazing experience, I have been hosted here for two nights and I’ve had an incredible time. The staff is super friendly and they will help you anyway they can, and it is situated in a very centric and beautiful part of the city. I really wish I could have stayed there for more time! I recommend it to everyone who wants to be on an amazing building with the best treatment possible! Also the breakfast was astonishingly good, a lot of variety and everything was super tasty and healthy! 10 out of 10!

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Mister İbrahim helped me personally to arrange a place for "Sıra gecesi" and showed me some attractions in Urfa. The room was very clean, big and with traditional decoration. The traditional breakfast was awesome (a classical "Serpme" kahvaltısı). An extra plus for the perfect location infront of the fish lake and the city center.

Ibrahim and the staff were more than helpful to us no matter what we asked. Offering us çay and water anytime we met. The central location of the konak is another bonus.
Room was bigger than expected. The bathroom as well.

Amazing experience from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Ibrahim and his wonderful staff members .

We were all taken to a sira gecesi which was organised by Ibrahim. our wonderful tour guide Tuncay took us all the way to the venue and stayed with us the entire night made sure we were happy and well looked after .

Tuncay's customer service was outstanding he made sure were all settled into our rooms Tuncay went above and beyond his duty I would highly recommend him to anyone thank you for an amazing time .
