- I saw the waiter collect the breakfast that the guests had not finished, and then give it to the guests the next morning, and the waiter grabbed the food by hand.

+ The hotel is in a 350-year-old house. The location is very good. The interior of the hotel is spacious and has a courtyard. The rooms have a musty smell. It will be better after the air-conditioning is turned on.- I saw the waiter collect the breakfast that the guests had not finished, and then give it to the guests the next morning, and the waiter grabbed the food by hand.

The room was very scruffy, the original stone walls could do with a good scrub and the bathroom was very old. Breakfast was ok but didn't appear until 8.30 on the first morning. There is a strange smell from the pigeons and one flew into my room. The room is expensive for what it is. The staff were friendly and tried their hardest to help with Google Translate.

At least ,learn how to fake properly,like reviewing more than one place...

Budget hotel with really wide room for improvement.
1)Despite plenty of room to eat indoor,Breakfast is served outdoor (10°c in the morning).
Never seen a hotel where guests have food wearing a coat in the freezing cold🥶.
2)Breakfast is between 8 and 10 a.m.
The crew never showed up before 8:30 with trays.
3)Dozens of doves flying over the breakfast area. Dry and fresh s*it on benches and tables.
Got freshly squirted s*it in my plate🤮.
4)Pubic hairs and fe*es in the room wc :( upon check-in.
5)Many foreigners visiting Urfa.
The tourism business speaks english.
It is frustrating not to be able to communicate the basic needs.
Learn the basics,it is for your own good.

The room was never cleaned in 4 nights. the breakfast don't worth the price they charge for.
The guy who works at reception don't speak english and he don't care about what you need and how to help you.

Lucky to found this cozy "jewel-box" in Şanliurfa. We were impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. Hospitality 10/10. Nice breakfast and very good location.

Everything was near perfect. İt is in city center. İt is a historical hotel and workers are very hospitable. Breakfast is served according to your demand and they are very flexible regarding time. I highly recommend it.
