One to One Hotel & Resort Ain Al Faida

Horrible Resort. AC was not working in the first allotted villa and no refrigerator. Cockroach in main bathroom. After six hours of persistent complaints, finally we were shifted to another villa. Slept without AC in the subsequently changed villa at night in one of the bedrooms. The AC finally was fixed around 11 am the next morning. All facilities such as swimming pool, gym, restaurants etc are at least half a KM from villas. Swimming pool isn't clean with lots of dust and fully crowded. The attendant was irresponsible and arrogant while responding to our request to clean the pool and very discourteous while replying to our queries. Have to carry towels from villa and return with wet towels and swimming dresses, which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable sitting in car. For a villa with 4 adult inmates, only 2 half litre water bottles are provided, which is astonishing and when asked for extra bottles, we were told to order from housekeeping against extra payment, a pathetic gesture. While the money we spent on booking the villa for 2 nights is reasonable, the facilities and other basic amenities are not worth the money we paid for the villa. Overall, it's the worst holiday I ever had.
