From the moment I arrived, Barsha was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She handled everything with patience and professionalism, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The Front Office team was exceptional — Reem, Youssef, and Atif were very supportive, welcoming, and effective, ensuring the check-in and entire stay were seamless and enjoyable. A particular acknowledgment to Nobert, the bellman, who was courteous, observant, and consistently prepared to help with a grin.
The Housekeeping team, particularly Bipin and Raj, performed exceptionally well in upholding cleanliness and comfort. The space was immaculate, neatly arranged, and regularly maintained to a superior level
The hotel itself is beautiful with a fantastic pool. My room was spotless and clean with anything I could need. The hotel is located perfectly (between the mall and the beach clubs). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Now, about one unpleasant issue: due to the current situation between Iran and Israel, I was forced to return to my home country earlier than planned. I asked to move the remaining 4 days of my stay to August instead, as I’ll be coming back then for a longer visit. However, the hotel refused.
I’m not asking for a refund, just a date change — which, in my opinion, should not be difficult, as other hotels usually allow it. I still don’t understand the reason for the refusal. I would really appreciate if this could be reconsidered.
Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel and would love to come back again and again.
