the staff were very polite and helpful.
The room design is stuck in the past, honestly, the tiger picture wallpaper decor makes zero sense.
The bathroom was a letdown with very weak shower pressure. No amenities were provided except for a shower cap, and the towels were old and worn out
I was given a broken iron. I asked for a replacement, but the second one was also broken and not functioning. It’s frustrating when basic utilities aren't checked.
Even worse, the cups provided were chipped and cracked. I also requested to change the bed linens, but housekeeping only made the bed and kept the same old sheets. Definitely not worth the stay.
Plus points:

I booked for 3 adult, but they don’t have 3rd bed,
after many requests for the 3rd bad they bring ont bed for kids and without pillows and covers
After many calls and requests they bring 2 pillows and very bed cover sheets
Great value for money
The reception staff are very helpful
