On the other side of the hotel is the Dubai Marina district with beautiful man-made Marina. The Mall of the Emirates, 8-10 minute drive, 26 km from the airport Dubai.

Consists of 45-storey building, the hotel is situated on 6 floors of the building.

The hotel is pretty basic — the only good thing is its excellent location; everything else is quite poor

This hotel has a wonderful location, right by the sea and Dubai Marina. The apartments are spacious, with a kitchen and a washing machine. Towels were changed daily, and bottled water was provided. There's a supermarket nearby with a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and other groceries. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, and you can order fried eggs or an omelet. They even extended our checkout time for free upon our request! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it to everyone!!! A special thanks to Zaida and Muhabub for a fantastic stay and your customer-centric approach!!!!!

Everything was simply wonderful, except for the incredibly old room. The bathroom was in a truly critical state. We booked a deluxe room, and while I assume there are newer rooms in the hotel, we unfortunately got a really awful one. It was so unpleasant to bathe my child or even sit on the toilet in the bathroom (the toilet seat, due to its age, wasn't white but a yellowish, old plastic, like what you'd find in old Soviet apartments). Everything felt yellowish and, surrounded by all the beauty of Dubai, I really didn't want to return to that room. I gathered it's their only one like that. Guys, either renovate it or remove 'deluxe' from its name (the only 'deluxe' aspects were the room size and two toilets). Also, the floor in this room was terribly cold. You know, so cold you couldn't even walk barefoot.

I really didn't want to return to such an old room, and it significantly spoiled the overall impression of the trip.

On the positive side, the location is excellent, the restaurant staff are very kind and attentive, there's a good guy working at the pool, and the cleaners are very friendly and do a conscientious job. The pool itself is also good for the price.
I recommend the hotel, but something needs to be done about the 'deluxe' room. If I had known I'd get such a 'deluxe' room, I would have chosen a simpler room category.

An absolute gem - must stay! We were a group of 4 friends visiting for a week long vacay. We can’t be more happy and thankful for spending the time at Suha. Everything was top notch - service was excellent, rooms were spacious, view was spellbinding, breakfast was delicious and staff was always ready to help. They also have a swimming pool which was great to spend time cooling off in the morning hot sun. Suha is superbly located in JBR with quick access to tram station, Marina beach and the Marina walk. Many restaurants and supermarkets are sprawled around it allowing for a great experience. The building itself is located in a self sufficient complex which comes equipped with clinics, pharmacy, super markets, salon, etc.

Excellent service and location (on walking distance from Jbr beach, yacht station and tram station is just opposite to the hotel for other attractions). Also, we reached a bit early, by that time studio apartments were not ready so they upgraded us to 2 bhk. The staffs are extremely helpful. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Just one negative point to call out, the entrance is not very clear hence it is difficult for cabs to reach.

A weekend at Suha JBR turned out to be a very refreshing change for me and family. Conveniently located in JBR, the heart of activity and close to the Beach as well as the vibrant JBR Walk, it was fun when we were inside as well as outside. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The large Fruit Bowl came as a pleasant welcome surprise. Being vegetarian, food is a primary concern for us and many hotels, while having a great breakfast spread, seldom live up to the vegetarian options. We informed the staff at reception about our veg food preference next morning, we were pleasantly surprise when every staff member in the breakfast area knew about it and to top it all, they had made special separate arrangement for Indian vegetarian breakfast for me and my family. It is always these small things that make the difference between a 5-star and 3/4-star experience. While I do not recollect all the names, but suffice to say, every staff member we encountered had a very polite countenance and was extremely helpful, offering help even when we did not ask; be it the staff at the reception, at the cafeteria area or at the pool. Absolutely every one lived up to the hospitality standards of Suha Hospitality.

Very good location 👌 in hurt of dubai, everything in hotel apartment is good receptionists is very friendly and all the staff is polite, swimming pool is big and water is clean but beach little faar, other everything is excellent

The Staff are very polite and cannot do enough to help. We had a slight issue with our room we checked into… after reporting this we were shifted into another room the following morning. They showed a couple control options to choose from and switched over within minutes. Amenities are all close by and with a short 10 min walk to the beach we got the holiday off to a good start!
