Soundproofing is bad. Despite given supposedly a “quiet room” away from the bar, we could still hear loud music till past midnight. Loud Porsche car noise could be heard. This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. Avoid room 4135 at all costs. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight. The first and second floors are open-plan offices, which is a bit odd, and the shower design is a complete miss – it feels like you're showering in a public space.

This hotel is actually pretty good. It's right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of Chinese dining options. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center, but it is near a subway station. During peak season, it's an affordable option and very convenient for shopping.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Dubai, I can say this was the best. I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids. Safety is paramount for business trips, and this hotel meets expectations in all aspects. It's conveniently located near the airport with good transport links. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was decent, though there wasn't much of a view since it's surrounded by construction sites, and the air quality wasn't the best. My only minor complaint is that there were a few impolite guests at breakfast, but otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially large, making for a great night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the high-altitude view from the 75th floor – absolutely stunning. Overall, my stay was fantastic with practically nothing to complain about.

Excellent service all around, from the front desk to the restaurant and guest rooms. A special shout-out to Lily at the front desk for being so warm and attentive. I stayed for two nights, and the night view from the room's balcony was absolutely stunning. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient. Highly recommended!
