Hotel is at a great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the Burj view room as I was travelling alone and the balcony was slightly noisy as it's facing the other side expressway. Luckily the windows were good and was able to block off all the noise from traffic.

It's not my first time at this hotel, and it's a bit worse than it was 4 years ago. They have their own beach, but they start ushering people out at 5 PM, which wasn't the case before. The food is good, and the grounds are absolutely lush with greenery. Housekeeping isn't bad, but it could be a little better.

The twin room was quite spacious and clean. They have a pool, and the location is convenient with easy access to transportation, plus it's close to the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, though it wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. Overall, I was pretty satisfied!

Muslim shower with washing closet was so difficult to use as it required to hands to press open the shower  The sink of washroom was blocked and draining very slow No combs / dental kit / has to ask for it  The wash room use was disappointing in terms of plumbing issues as described.

The hotel is located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A taxi from Dubai airport cost me 200 AED. The front desk took a little while to find my booking, but the room was clean and relatively quiet. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. It's about a 6-7 minute walk to the subway station, and the breakfast was decent. There aren't many dining options nearby, but overall, I was satisfied.

The facilities are complete and suitable for business travelers. When shopping here, it's best to have someone with you at night and not linger on the streets for too long. In Dubai, during the day, the area around the Burj Al Arab is popular, and at night, it's the Burj Khalifa district. Everything else depends on personal preference and how adventurous you are.
