I recently stayed at Oceanic Resort & Spa Khorfakkan, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The resort’s atmosphere, room, and amenities were beyond my expectations, providing the perfect setting to relax and disconnect.
A special mention goes to Khater, who incredibly managed the entire experience with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfect. Mustafa, the Assistant Front Office Manager, went above and beyond by securing a last-minute dinner reservation, making our evening extra special. Chef Sumith took great care of us with a delightful breakfast each morning.
The rest of the team was incredibly well-trained and humble, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. This hidden gem is a perfect getaway, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Very very lovely place. The best for family vacation. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Khair Yddin in restaurant is a very nice person. He always ready to help. Ei Kyar on the front desk is a great and friendly girl. She speaks English very well and always ready to help with any questions.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel for the love birthday gift. It was such a thoughtful and classy gesture that truly made my day and brought me great happiness.

In addition to that, the warm welcome, excellent service, and the very beautiful buffet made our stay even more special.

This will definitely be our go-to hotel for all future occasions, even though this was our first time staying here. It was an amazing experience in every way.

Unfortunately, my stay at Ocean Hotel Khorfakkan was disappointing, especially since I expected a much higher standard.

The rooms had an unpleasant smell, the carpet had visible stains, and the furniture was worn and old. The bathroom was also not properly clean, and its amenities were outdated and seemed to urgently need renovation.

The service was very slow; upon arrival, there was no one to assist with the car immediately, and the check-in process took a long time without proper organization. In addition, the internet in the rooms was weak and unstable.

The only positive aspect of the hotel is its excellent location—close to everything and directly overlooking the sea.

Overall, the experience did not match the hotel’s name or expectations. I hope improvements will be made regarding cleanliness, maintenance, service speed, and internet quality.

This hotel completely ruined our stay and wasted our time and money.

I paid nearly 700 per night after researching and believing this was one of the best places to stay in Khorfakkan, especially for the beach and views. I specifically booked a Mountain View room. What we were given was a clear view of another building—not a mountain, not even partially. To make matters worse, the room smelled of cigarette smoke upon entry.

When I complained to reception and pointed out that the listing was misleading, their explanation was that it used to be a mountain view before another building was constructed. That is not an acceptable excuse. If a view no longer exists, the room description should be updated. Selling a room under a description that is no longer true is misleading, plain and simple. They then mentioned a “partial sea view,” which was only visible if you stood at the extreme corner of the window. For the price charged, this was unacceptable and felt disrespectful. We even considered leaving immediately, but after traveling two hours, we decided to stay the night.

We also paid for dinner and breakfast buffet, both of which were extremely disappointing. The food quality was poor. When I asked the chef what kind of fish was being grilled, he appeared annoyed and said he didn’t know, casually mentioning “tuna or something,” which it clearly was not. The fish was low quality and poorly prepared—something far better can be made at home. For a hotel charging premium prices, this level of food and service is not acceptable.

We booked this staycation to relax and spend quality time together. Instead, the experience was draining and frustrating from start to finish. On top of everything, the rooms are outdated and do not match the price point or expectations set online.

This hotel does not deliver what it advertises. The price, room descriptions, service, and food quality do not align. I will not return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting an honest, relaxing, or premium experience.

Had a great stay at Oceanic Hotel Khorfakkan. The location is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was very relaxing.

The service was excellent, and I’d especially like to mention Shabeer for his great service. He was friendly, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. It really made our stay more enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at Oceanic Khorfakkan Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, but what impressed me the most was the staff’s friendliness and helpful attitude. A special thanks to Mr. Syed from the engineering team, who was extremely attentive and professional. When our AC stopped working, he arrived quickly, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was comfortable for us afterward. His dedication and polite behaviour truly stood out. Overall, the service, hospitality, and environment made my stay wonderful. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Everything was great, the place was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Everything was excellent, from the service and facilities to the hotel's location. There was only one thing I didn't like: the toiletries, like the soap, were of poor quality; it stuck to my hands and was difficult to remove. I highly recommend this hotel. This is my second visit, and I would love to return every year, ideally at the end of each year.
