Nice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended

Very nice guesthouse strategically located in the heart of the city, quiet, friendly staff, new furniture and equipment, opulent breakfast. What else?

It's a very good location in khiva, friendly and polite people running the house. We just used the room to sleep and rest, so it was good. They arranged a car to take us to khive to bhukara for 80 doller. which was very helpful.

Nice room, comfy bed, clean. The family that was managing this place was so incredibly kind. The breakfast was a feast! Highly recommend! Kind, warm, and great location!

Clean, quiet, and airy. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable beds. Plentiful hot water. Hosts were accommodating.

It's located in a residential area of Ichan Kala, and there are several guesthouses in the surrounding area. Due to the location, it's like a maze and I got lost a few times. You can get a glimpse into the lives of the local people.
It's very convenient for sightseeing in Ichan Kala, and the owner was a gentle and nice person.
