Nice, friendly staff.very close to old city (5 min walking)

The hotel is well located in a quiet area close to the citadel. The common areas and rooms are spacious. The furnishings are dated. Breakfast was limited for our tastes and served in a cafeteria-style room. The beds were very hard.

"The Shining Experience". this is recommended for loacation scouts who is looking for good sites to shoot sequal to Stanley Kubricks Masterpiece. stayed 1 night in late january. No staff at reception untill calling him out. check in was fine, but they hadent power of for the first 2 hours. multiple Power cuts at night. Left early next morning to catch taxi to airport. maybe better in highseason, but too expensive for off season with what you get.

Hotel far below the expectations of a Westerner, in terms of cleanliness, order, service in general. Poor and unmotivated staff. Very noisy room, with poor fixtures, furniture and furnishings. Poor bathroom, as well as room and linen

This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves.

The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service.

The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay.

Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍

We were to be the only guests at this hotel. The staff were very dedicated and friendly, but were visibly bored with the hours passing by! And for us alone, they did not prepare a breakfast buffet, but only placed a few small dishes on the table. However, we were able to request additions, always satisfied. Excellent location for visiting Ichan-Kala (300 meters away), in a park, very quiet.
