Really nice place with couple of buts:
1 don't stay in apartments, even in deluxe. It's disappointing.
2 don't visit at winter. Many minor failures which leads to same disappointment. Well, at summer time apartments without conditioning is doubtful pleasure
They have 2 strong points:
1 restaurant with good cuisine and really nice service
2 SPA with nice sauna and pool. One note for pool: no shallow zone, not suitable for minors.
So, keeping in mind costs (too high for such place) I would recommend following scenario:
Arrive at the morning, spend 3-4 hours in spa, have a dinner in Restaurant, walk in the forest and that's it.

Very nice place.
You can organize your rest here, such as birthday party or even wedding. As far here is good place for picnic or just a walking.

A lot of sightseeings.
Minus is a bit far from Minsk.
