Enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and housekeeping was attentive. Elevators were quick for such a big building and food was decent. The daily credits that are part of the resort fee are useful. However, be sure to double check your checkout receipt. I luckily kept my receipts from the week (we only ate at the restaurant once per day, so it was easy to tell when the $30 daily credit wasn't applied to the final receipt). We have stayed at this location several times and are never disappointed. The staff here are always friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. We walked to all the Broadway shows that we attended because the Hyatt is right in the heart of times square. Feel extremely safe at this location because security checks your room key before you can access the elevator. I'm not sure who serviced our room while we were there (Room 3006) but she is an extremely lovely young lady and should be acknowledged...
