Of the minuses: - Hot water flows from the tap, cold water is in plastic barrels (maybe it will be possible to make a shower) or a bucket that hangs and you can turn out the cold water after the bath for contrast - there is no toilet in the bath

Everything is fine, but the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired; especially the one in the corner of the yard.
But not everything is so smooth, there are interesting neighbors, after the allowed time, if they hear loud music, they immediately call a police squad, well, as it is generally not very good for a noisy company)
