A chic place! I never thought that I would write such a thing about a hotel in Minsk! We were there only 2 days, we got there by accident, circumstances forced us, I would very much like to stay longer! Very comfortable, for the first time I did not want to leave home. Quiet, chic, there is where to walk for a walk. Awesome pizza, try it without hesitation! And what a delicious fruit drink is prepared, no cola stood next to it !! The staff, unfortunately forgot the names of girls and guys, just great! You rarely see such dedication to work! Wonderful people !!! Let's hope that circumstances will lead us to Faluparak kupala more than once! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Communication was pleasant from the very beginning. We rented a bathhouse, the fact that everything is clean and tidy is for sure. We planned a barbecue, so for our arrival they prepared a brazier with burning coals, which reduced the cooking time. It was very pleasant, especially since we did not even ask for this. I liked the interior. The pool is good, but the water is for lovers of relaxation, the water is very warm, after the sauna it does not cool. This is all individual. In summary, everything is fine! I have long wanted to visit this place on the recommendation of friends. Unfortunately, we have chosen not the most suitable time exactly after the New Year holidays. Apparently this was due to the absence of both some items on the menu and ingredients in the ordered dish. But the friendliness of the staff and the pleasant atmosphere brightened up this flaw. It was delicious, I recommend to visit. We will definitely visit again.

Have stayed at this hotel already five times since 2020. We are not planning any other places for temporary residence in Minsk yet. We like everything. Always, friendly, always clean, always responsive. The rooms are environmentally friendly and comfortable. Solid wood furniture. Comfortable mattress. Natural bed linen.
Clean, tidy bathroom. Fresh towels. Spacious shower cubicle.
The hotel has its own restaurant. In the morning a delicious breakfast is served. Special credit for the "Belarusian" breakfast. The wood-fired oven makes a cool pizza. Dinner à la carte. Good presentation of food, delicious food.
The staff is attentive, friendly and smiling, hospitable. Vladimir was pleased with the professionalism of the baristo. Prepares decent coffee.
In short, well done!

On Sunday 12-09 we booked a table at 17-00. When we arrived and clarified that we had booked a table at 17-00, there were no free tables. We were taken to the second floor in a dark and uncomfortable room in the banquet hall, which, as we were later clarified, was not prepared to receive guests: we were alone there. The weather that day was cool, and we wanted to sit on the terrace or outside. We were tired, came by taxi, so we decided to stay and hope that the food will leave a good impression. The time when the pizza was ready was announced to us at least an hour, the steak - an hour and a half, the dish of the day - 30-40 minutes. We chose the dish of the day: the rabbit meat was dry, first they brought food, and only then the cutlery. From alcohol it was possible to choose only wine in a whole bottle. That is, if a guest comes alone and wants to drink a glass of wine, he will have to order a whole bottle? The waiter apologized, said that only two waiters were working and that such a full house was the first time (judging by other reviews on google, this is not true).
A question to the employee answering the phone calls: why don't you warn us that boarding will be possible only on the second floor, we would simply not have arrived, but chose another institution, where we will definitely sit on the summer terrace; or why not leave the table marked "Reserved"?
A question to the managers: really, seeing how good the weather is and seeing the number of guests, you do not foresee the need for a large number of waiters on weekends? ..
We were glad that a pleasant place to relax appeared not far from the house, but now we are unlikely to return. It's easier to plan a vacation in proven establishments
