Cape Emine
Description
Cape Emine is a headland located at the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is located 49 miles south of Varna, 34 miles north of Burgas and 9 miles south of Obzor. It forms the tip of Stara Planina. Cape Emine is said to be Bulgaria's stormiest cape.
In the Middle Ages, there was a fortress called Emona on Cape Emine. Its name was derived from Aemon, the ancient name for Stara Planina. Nowadays, only some ruins of the fortress are left. There are also remnants of a monastery and a lighthouse. The village of Emona is located nearby.
Cape Emine is the endpoint of the European walking route E3 (its Bulgarian section is also known as "Kom–Emine").

Gorgeous view over the Black Sea and a lighthouse that seems made for great pictures.
Unfortunately not possible to get close to the lighthouse since it's a fenced military area.
The road to get here is a bit bumpy at some parts

The road to get there is tough, few kilometers on a stony road, but me and my girlfriend enjoyed staying at top of the hill near the sea.

The road is the worst I've ever seen! THE WORST! Really dangerous and not worth it because you can't even reach the end!

It takes you in another world. Just look at the black sea from top of cape Emine. You will feel the thrill. Unforgettable tour although the road was not in good condition but still worth going there.

Location is amazing, BUT you can’t reach the actual cape as it is part of a military zone. Pretty disappointing especially if you do the Kom-Emine trek. Also the road is in bad condition.

Road is worst what is driven. Ok place, Kaliakra cape is nicer.
