Excellent location in the city center, just 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The owners are very nice people, they treated me like a family member, and they helped me with everything. The hotel has a beautiful rose garden and a perfect view on the main square, so I could enjoy the folklore dance competition from the terrace of the hotel. A memory, which I will never forget :)

Lovely place. Terrace filled with rose bushes. Staff was so helpful. Complimemtary fresh fruit and drinks all day. Room was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a cozy hotel in the center of Kanzalak city. The room was well equiped and very clean. I was pleased to find in my room a free bottle of wine at my arrival. The shower has mineral thermal water which it looks very interesting to me. 👍 The breakfast was decent, you can have free coffee during the day.
I stopped here due to the bad weather and bad road condition and I appreciated a lot the kindness of the employees!

The hotel was great, impeccably clean and organized! I feel bad I did not tKe a photo, but I insist! All was excellent. Not to mention breakfast was way more than I expected. Great night stay!

Excellent location. Clean quite and relaxing atmosphere. The receptionists are vety kind and supportive. Highly recommended
