This is a charming, small hotel in the center of Kielce. We stayed for one night and arrived relatively late. The check-in was uncomplicated and fast. The rooms are spacious and definitely have some old-world charm, with homely and traditional furniture. There is some limited parking in front of the hotel and a larger parking lot about 2-3 minutes walking distance where we left the car for the night. The lady at the reception had told us that the parking is free on weekend nights until 9am the next day, so we trusted her and didn’t pay a parking fee until shortly before 9am the next day. However, when I paid for the parking the next day, I noticed a parking fine that had been given at 7am in the morning, so we confronted the receptionist with this matter and the hotel promptly managed to resolve it, much to our relief. The breakfast was good and fresh, although relatively limited in choice. The restaurant looked very nice but unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to try it for lunch or dinner.

Nice Hotel with good rooms. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was valuable and delicious.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the situation that occurred yesterday. On October 4, I booked a table for 10 people at 5 p.m. on October 19. After reaching the place, it turned out that we would not be accepted because no one had written down our reservation. Very unprofessional approach.

Great boutique hotel in heart of Kielce. Very nice and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exactly in the old town of Kielce. Breakfast amazing. Around hotel a lot of restaurants and shopping places. Highly recommended this small cute hotel .

Smile is the key , feeling at home is another key , showing love atmosphere is the best and master ket We loved the place and people serving us are great We had food here and it was excellent The servant smile make you eat more 😀 also it is good if you have diet as they have great salads

Very loud due to thin walls. If you get party neighbours no chance to sleep well. Regarding any other aspects, good quality. The location is excellent in Kielce city. The hotel kitchen is rather Polish, no extras, fresh and stable quality. Bathrooms and rooms are surprisingly clean. Unfortunately, nearly all channels are Polish in the preprogrammed television. The minibar has been set up for business alcoholics.
