We love this place, every time we want to come back here as soon as possible. Many different cozy houses, a beautiful beach, pine trees, just super! I recommend!
Rest here was superrr. We were with our tent. Water is like porn milk. You can swim from 8 am. Nature is beautiful. The place is haunted.
Of the minuses - angry mosquitoes) a very convenient place to relax with children. Next to each gazebo there is a barbecue, in the administrative building you can buy drinks, ice cream. There is a dining room, but you can cook yourself if you take a slow cooker with you) We lived in a sauna house with two families - 4 adults and 5 children! Convenient.. There is a shower cabin in the house, a bathroom...
A cozy place for lovers of outdoor recreation. On the banks of the Desnogorsk reservoir, several wooden houses (made of round timber) with comfortable rooms were built. The beach is equipped (swimming is allowed), gazebos for large companies, barbecues, playgrounds, a boat station, parking and camping. A very beautiful place. But for such a price, VIP houses could at least put a microwave and replace all the pillows, bedspreads and blankets. They stink so much, it’s not clear how such a cost was calculated then. For what kindly?
Traveled with a large company, for 3 days with tents. I liked everything, there are only a few but. 1- there is only one toilet for the whole territory of the base, very dirty. 2 - drunken women screamed all night, did not let the children sleep.
Perfect place. Nice beach, cozy: you can sunbathe in the sun, you can relax in the shade, you can ride various water units. The territory is clean and well-groomed. We rested with pleasure. If possible, we will come again. Thank you
The place is gorgeous, the area is clean, the houses are cozy, everything works, everything is cleaned. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Vobschem rest for five plus. 2 weeks ago booked a room from 9 to 11.07 for 2 adults and 1 child. 3 days in advance, I called and canceled the reservation for Friday, leaving 1 day (Saturday). I spoke with a man who was very friendly and calmly agreed, but specifying that the advance payment for Friday would not be returned (which goes without saying). On Saturday, my family and I arrived to check in, and the administrator demanded payment for 2 nights. I said that we canceled the reservation 3 days in advance. The girl went somewhere for a long time, clarified something, tried to call someone, after which she said that we either paid for 2 days, or they would not provide us with a number. Naturally, we refused. A very unpleasant aftertaste was left. Don't go there again and don't recommend to anyone.

Comfortable rooms. Clean, very clean kitchen. There is a slipway for launching boats, a pier. Gentle, sandy entry into the water. Green area, playground. Of the minuses, I want to note the dim lighting in the rooms. A good base for family vacations and fishing from a boat.

We have been resting for five years now. Before that - the beginning of August, now - the May holidays. It's rainy outside, but not cold. To prevent dampness in the rooms, turn on the heating. Clean and comfortable, bought a new couch for each room (+2 beds). I recommend this base to families. Both for couples and with children: people gather here to relax and fish (and not get drunk to a pig squeal and bawl all night with wild voices that come every year from the other side!)

We rested from May 30 to June 1, 18. The weather was not very good, but the comfort, cleanliness, recreational conditions, everything you need in the guest house pleased me so much that I didn’t want to think about anything. For the past five years we have been hosting family and youth holidays here. There are barbecues, cordons, swings, hammocks, sun loungers, etc. Thanks to all the staff of the cozy house Dubrava

Rested in the spring with a child.
Pros:
-Proximity to the water, good view of the lake
Quite comfortable, everyone has their own exit to the terrace
- Pretty clean
-Large area (for a mini hotel)
-There are toys and a town for children
Minuses:
- Cash only
- With a large influx of guests it will be uncomfortable
-Everything is a little worn
-The road is not very good, if you have a ground clearance of 150 and below, beware :)

For the weekend for unpretentious tourists, it’s very even, for those who are used to all-inclusive 5 * in Turkey, they may not like it here, but in general everything is ok.
